This was one of the worst experiences I had at fast food. I was told that I couldn't make two separate transitions at the dining stalls so I drove around to the drive through window. I placed my order i gave the worker a 20 and my debit card...I told him the rest can be deducted from my card the order was 25 and change...He said he can't do that...he literally can't do that. I said well split the order like I originally wanted...he got pissed and slammed the window in my face. He came back with our items...I asked for his name and supervisors name...he said you got your order now goodbye and slammed the window again...The manager on duties name is Andrea....this employee needs to understand what customer service is...by the way he forgot one of the drinks...smh. if I could give less stars I would...I don't understand why people think they can just be rude in a customer service position. There were several ways he could have problem solved to retain our business but instead acted like he was doing US a favor. Sonic you lost 6 customers today...

Amare was very helpful. There was a slight mistake on our drinks and we forgot to order our sauces, and he was exceptionally patient, friendly, and helped us swiftly resolve these issues.

Totally messed up our order, burgers were not the correct size, wrong items and no sauces except salsa in our bags. Kids all upset but at least they got extra cheese slices on their half size burgers with 1 patty instead of 2. 😲

Got my drink and was about to drive away when an employee came up to my car and confiscated it. They told me they gave me the wrong one initially. I had already started drinking it. The only difference between the drink that I was brought and the only that I had was whipped cream. The entire interaction was incredibly bizarre and wasteful. I know that drink went straight into the trash after. Avoid location.

Others locations wouldn't take orders approaching closing time. Fits with the app even here. Charged 30 cents to remove lettuce. Not particularly happy about it all.

I really enjoy coming to this place! The staff is always super friendly, and I usually stop by after 5 p.m. The food is always delicious, and their drinks never disappoint. They even have a secret drink menu.
definitely worth trying!

Wow this place sucks.... I ordered through the App at 7:30 was told my food would be ready by 7:40 which it was so that was great I'm sitting in the order pick up stall waiting for them to bring me my food for 30 minutes which again the app said was ready and I was checked in for the those 30 minutes

I made a visit to this restaurant on August 22, 2025, at around 11 pm and purchased a couple of corn dogs and a frozen strawberry limeade. The food was delicious. My server shared a helpful tip by advising me to squeeze ketchup and mustard into the corn dog bag for dipping purposes. I am surprised that I had not learned about this technique before. I hope that Sonic management acknowledges the excellent service provided by this employee. The meal was enjoyable.
