Wow this place sucks.... I ordered through the App at 7:30 was told my food would be ready by 7:40 which it was so that was great I'm sitting in the order pick up stall waiting for them to bring me my food for 30 minutes which again the app said was ready and I was checked in for the those 30 minutes

I made a visit to this restaurant on August 22, 2025, at around 11 pm and purchased a couple of corn dogs and a frozen strawberry limeade. The food was delicious. My server shared a helpful tip by advising me to squeeze ketchup and mustard into the corn dog bag for dipping purposes. I am surprised that I had not learned about this technique before. I hope that Sonic management acknowledges the excellent service provided by this employee. The meal was enjoyable.

Hello this is My Experience from last night August 18, 2025. We went through the drive-through to pick up food to go. We ordered two of the chicken sandwiches for 1.99 each and one cheeseburger that was like four dollars and a chipotle honey chicken wrap with three slushy‘s and let me just say disgusting.🤢 The chicken meat was so hard and felt and smelled, and seemed like it was cooked hours ago. Was twice the money but two times smaller than the chicken sandwich. Now let’s get up to Customer Service in the drive-through. They were nonresponsive you ask about something how it’s made or what it has in it they ignore you completely when we ask them to re-read the order they kept forgetting the last item we ordered so the communication was terrible through the drive-through. Then when we get up to the window where ignored for a little while then our payment method was taken a few moments later was given cash back to us for change that’s fine…then we wait 15 minutes in the drive thru for over cooked cold lousy Fried Food.. NO ONE likes fried food that’s old that’s the whole thing if you’re gonna eat fried it better be fresh!!!!! We called the number for the store and was hung up on 2 times So we did what anyone totally dissatisfied that paid with hard work and tears would do we drove over there with pups 🐶 in the car and asked to speak with the manager. She came out gave us our money back and let us keep the 3 slushies that were okay.. So I gave this place a one ⭐️ star.

I remember when you went to Sonic for a meal that didn't crush the wallet. $11 for a combo, $5 for a mini blast. No reason to go to fast food anymore. Just go to a sit down restaurant and pay the same.

Waited at the drive threw speaker for a long time and repeatedly said hello and tried to get a workers attention but eventually had to leave the line and park in a spot to order. The worker seemed like it was their first day, had to repeat our order at least 5 times because they kept forgetting what we were asking for and they still forgot part of our order. Terrible service

my boyfriend was feeling sick and the only thing he could keep down was a plain vanilla milkshake. so he ordered on his phone and I went to pick it up (there are plenty of apps where you can check in while someone else picks it up, turns out sonic is not one of those places). so I show up and pull into the stall and he realizes he can’t check in so he calls the store. the lady that answered told him she would check in his order and it would be right out. please tell me why I was sitting there for TWENTY MINUTES for a medium vanilla milkshake and a large coke. 20 minutes of watching people that came way after my boyfriend called receive their orders. to top it off the milkshake didn’t even have a cherry on it. your telling me it took yall twenty minutes to pour premade milkshake into a cup, put whip cream on it and you still for get the one other step in that routine? I hate this location and I only come here because my bf likes their slushes and shakes. there obviously needs to be better management at this location because that’s insane.

Always Late ,, Extremely Disappointing Service
I’ve given this restaurant multiple chances, but every single time the delivery is extremely delayed. What’s the point of ordering food if it always arrives cold and late—sometimes over an hour past the estimated time? No proper updates, no apology, just poor service. The food may be decent, but the delivery experience completely ruins it. Not worth the frustration. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their reliability.
