I was a little disappointed with this location. Typically when you think about sonic you think fast, friendly, and tasty. I didn't experience either of those things.

I ordered drinks and they were so slow. It took them more than 10 minutes to bring out 3 drinks. And there was only 3 other cars.

I want through drive thru the sonic was empty, no customers, I was the only one online, and she decides to do a shift change, waited 20 min just for 2 shakes, I will not be going back, very poor service
Ordered 2 flushes, the new groovy fries, and a pretzel twist.

No one came to the drive thru speaker or the kiosk! Us and multiple other cars just left even though we could see a kid inside no one was getting help or food. This was at 9 o'clock at night

Worst costumer service i gave. Drive thru order. I order. She take my order and then just vanish. We wait like 15 minutes and she sees us thru the window. But she ignore us and the line was filling up. If she don't want to serve. Just say it.

I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences at this Sonic location. I waited in line for 30 minutes, and 5 cars behind me actually gave up and left because the wait was so ridiculously long. When I finally got to the window after all that time, I was told to place my order there, only to be informed that they don’t accept Apple Pay. On top of that, the employee nonchalantly mentioned that I could get ice cream at McDonald’s down the street. Completely unprofessional and frustrating service — if you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs.

It's a Sonic so you can't go wrong with the food because it's all the same....but I waited 45 minutes for a kids tener meal and 3 drinks. Come on?! The only reason I waited is because I felt bad for the girl bringing out the food. She was nice and whatever was holding them back was going on inside. There were 4 cars when I arrived and no cars in the drive thru.

The blind leading the blind .they have a bunch of dumb idiots working there. Waited 40 mins for 3 sandwiches and they don't know how to even speak to customer when called out.
All the tots were hard and and tasted burnt ! The chicken was hard and burnt as well. I ordered 2 kids meals. And they gave the order wrong as well never going ever again. Ordered 1 burger and 1 chicken sandwich and received 2 chicken sandwich . Food was hard and felt like its been sitting out for a long time had to throw away!

So we were there 20 minutes till and there was a big line so I was trying to order online so my order could be in while I was in line through the drive-through it was stating it was not working at the time I kept trying even after I made my order when I pulled up to the window to collect my drinks, I was told that the system shut down 20 minutes till and there’s nothing they can do to give me my online price so I was like fine and I went to go pay. They stated that they don’t take Apple Pay who carries cards or cash when you do everything on your phone. It’s not my fault that the system did not want to take my order because they shut down 20 minutes before closing makes no sense and it’s also not my fault that they did not take my tap at the window. Therefore they let customers unhappy without their drinks then just give it to them they throw it away. What type of service is that?
