I don’t like that they add so much ice to the drinks
I had not been to Sonic in about 4 years. Took over 30 minutes to get our order. Shake either was made with a rotten banana or made with horrible flavoring. Meat in burger was not the same tasted horrible. Fries are no longer regular Fries they are crinkle and they were burnt definitely not going back
I ordered the number 5 and I asked for extra bacon. They proceeded with only giving me on strand of bacon. The burger was over seasoned, the food was cold, and I order ranch packets and received none. Terrible service, Terrible staff.
If they had zero stars, I would put zero but unfortunately, one star is the lowest I could go. I am so upset. It’s not even funny. I’ve gone to this sonic for a long time already never had problems but I did today. It’s like they’re just hiring Any kids nowadays and these kids nowadays, don’t know the meaning of Customer service
I’m waiting 20 minutes to get my order and finally getting my order. It took 10 minutes to 15 minutes to come out not the order is the person to get the cash unfortunately I literally just pulled all the cash off my card so I had 600 $100 bills in my ass but my card and he was like oh I don’t hundred and I was like well that’s all I have and he’s like OK. I was like well. What do you want me to do? That’s all I have. I don’t want to do nothing. He said to me

I need to do so and I said forget this instead of going back to one of those Individual stalls I’m going straight through the drive-through
When I get to the drive-through, I told the lady sorry not lady child that I was just there and I went to go get changed. She told me to pull the 12 or three so so I can take care of me faster because there’s a line through the drive-through, so I’m like finally someone’s gonna take care of me.
But still sitting there thinking of what it was like to be a kid and work with other kids and no the kind of kid games that kids play so I sat there and watched the two cars in front of me leave and I’m like OK they’re gonna come out now with mine Oh no they were sitting there watching me and took care of two other people that were behind me in the line then finally decided to come out I literally vented to her because I’m so furious right now I could kick myself in the butt for not remembering her name because I said it, but I was so mad keep in mind. This whole ordeal took a whole hour just to be told after venting to her well I’m not taking your order so you can leave now. I was like this girl.
I don’t know what’s wrong with you sonic But you guys really need to start one
Having an actual adult working as a manager during each shift because these kids, but these little attitude are for the birds…..
Horrible never been to a sonic before and they don’t have ice cream at 11pm I’m being told machines are down sonic is know for selling icecream it’s getting really ridiculous in the laziness of these fast food, restaurants not wanting to do their job and make excuses to serve at this point close it down if you’re not willing to serve the customers
Do not eat here if you only have 30 minutes for lunch. This is the slowest sonic. I had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to take my order, and then it took another 15 minutes for the food to be ready.
As an American, I love that I never have to get out my car! THIS is freedom y’all, and I let freedom ring loud and clear as I bump “God Bless the USA” while sipping my Route 66 Diet Coke to wash down the extra large tots, double cheeseburger, foot long chili dog, and a side of mozzarella sticks. Mmmmmm boy I feel GoOD!!! 👍🏼
Ohmy...not sure what's happening here but there was a single employee who took and I think cooked my order. I felt horrible for her but I spent 15 minutes waiting for less a less than good breakfast burrito
Fast until there payment system acted up, n required you to register n buy a gift card just to purchase.

Horrible customer service I waited almost 20 minutes for a door dash order and walked up to the door and three employees looked at me and ignored me they were all on there phones and the stall did not work
Burgers were cold. Tater tots were not fresh were cold and hard. Chicken strips were dry and cold. Overall my order was awful
This location is horrible. This time it was 1 simple burger with NO QUESO! But covered in that disgusting excuse for queso anyways. This location gets every order wrong, has closed way early before I'm guessing because there was no staff and literally ignores customers or just can't do their job. If this location has a manager, they aren't fit to sweep floors. I can't believe these people actually think they are worth $15 an hour. They aren't competent enough to hand out a napkin! Every time I've tried this location, it's been awful!
Waited over 10 minutes to be greeted or have my order taken. I gave up and left. Happens all the time

I asked for a manager was blown off no one came out I asked again if they were coming out they didn’t answer from the stall.. downloaded the app will just choose a different location
