The store looked and felt abandoned. I didn't even see the sign before turning into the parking lot. I felt unsafe waiting at the car hop spots, so I went in the drive thru. The employee didn't know how to swipe a card and had to get her manager to teach her. The chicken sandwich was disgusting, and cherry limeade barely had flavoring.

This location started going downhill early 2023. Problems I’ve had there: items consistently unavailable, VERY VERY long wait times (I’m talking like 45 minutes being the second car in line after they already came out and got my money), kids (employees) goofing off/inappropriate comments about getting/being high, given old/crusty cold food, charged incorrectly yet unable to refund, charged for items they said they no longer had and unable to refund. Unable to contact management…. SO I quit going there last summer.Fast forward to today: they have a new blackout slush. Decided that it’s been over a year since last visit so maybe I’d give them a chance and try a new thing. Ordered two size smalls and was charged for mediums. Ordered cheese sticks and they are ROCK HARD on the outside and rubber on the inside (I live ONE BLOCK away, so it wasn’t my commute- they clearly gave me OLD nasty ones), and it took 23 minutes when there was only 1 car in front of me and ZERO cars in any of the stalls. There were at least 4 different employees that I could see so they didn’t appear to be short staffed. (One of them was even walking around in the parking lot kicking cups underneath the bushes instead of picking them up lol).Outdoor sign has been busted since a storm we had last summer and it’s an eyesore.What is going on, sonic?! Get it together!

Count your Food I went there to get 6 orders of Chicken Tenders and got 1. I had to Argue with them to get 2 more of the 6 and said they can't give away food. AFTER I had already them $47. I asked them to watch their cameras and they will see their mistake. After 20 Minutes the Manager said she would watch the video and call back in the A.M. I still haven't heard from her. I don't want their money or even their food. I want an Apology for stealing my money. I have 90 Employees of my own and have shared my experience with Everyone I talk to. Worst customer experience ever in my life and I am 58.

Got a supersonic breakfast burrito this morning had no sausage no tater tots my tomatoes were not chopped up had like two pieces of onion but called the manager and they said that they would we make it anytime they did not give me a hassle so I appreciate that part of it and I usually love Sonic I guess everybody has an off

I pull up at 11:30 sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and one of employees look at me and then shuts all the lights off and doesn't answer when i pull up so i go to the stand and hit the red button and still doesn't answer horrible
If I could give the overall rating a zero I would. I got to this location around 12:45pm and wait until 1:10pm just to not get helped. I tried to get the lady that was inside to come out to ask a question, and no one helped me multiple people left not being helped (as I was one of them) the location was also hard to find the sign for the sonic logo wasn't there. This site needs to be better managed.

This Sonic is kinda hidden from view as you drive on Indian School Rd. Place is almost empty during the weekday, so you don't have to worry about crowds when getting your food. Plenty of parking ?️ spots when eating there or can use the drive thru for take out. The flavor on some of the food items is no longer there. Wait time is sometimes too long.Parking: Plenty of parking.
Employees don't care about the customers. Ordered food at 8:30 via app. Showed up at 8:45 pm. The server came out saying that they didn't have bacon. Which then asked for refund so I can go to different sonic. Guy said they can't do that cause ordered thru app. Then asked what are options. He said we can get you something else or your burritos no bacon. & just caught at me, the customer. Then did not bring out food for 30 minutes. But overheard employee say that he's still out here. Feel & refund is needed for quality of food for having to wait for 30 minutes instead of refunding.This location has had a broken sign for over 1 year and doesn't care for appearance. Giving Sonic a bad rap for the quality of customer service.
