Five stars and above for Ayden (Aiden) and Jehda (Jada) (sorry if I misspell! lol ). They gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at sonic and someone give them a shout out, raise or all of the above! They kindly swapped my drink for a different one because I didn’t like it and showed me nothing but kindness and respect. This is what in anyone customer service should follow. :)

Food was horrible they come out with your food on a tray then collect your credit card or your cash for payment go all the way back in with your food on that tray then come back out with the food on the tray and then hand it to you after you pay so asinine

Idk why your app ask for easy ice when you guys fill cups with ice everytime, then I ask workers and say if it says low ice they do it with low ice. I CAME FOR A SODA NOT ICE!!!!

After receiving a poorly made meal that left me feeling disappointed, I felt compelled to share my negative experience here. I used to be a loyal customer who loved ordering the number 7 with a large cherry limeade and onion rings from this establishment. However, my most recent order did not live up to my expectations. After paying $13 for my meal, I arrived home to find a naked hot dog that appeared to have all the toppings scraped off. It was not appetizing and ended up in the trash. Thankfully, the onion rings and drink were still enjoyable. If Sonic or the franchise owner would like to discuss my review further, I am open to that conversation and possibly change my review.

Takes way to long to make the simplest Drinks, had to wait 40 minutes in drive-thru just for 3 Slushes. 10 minutes trying to get someone on the speaker to take my order.
Pulled up 10-15 minutes before store closed tonight 06/24/2024 and was told the store had already closed for the night. I then said “but it’s not 11” and got no response but as I look inside the store I see a young black man laughing as he shut the lights off when I attempted to press the service button. This is totally unacceptable as a customer who pays and helps these youngster have a paycheck. There not many food options past 10 as is and to be treated like that was uncalled for and downright disrespectful. Management should do an overhaul or make the employees do a basic common courtesy course.

I had fun using the app and ordering ice cream from here. The ice cream is really good and much better than Culver's. But it's too expensive. I can get more ice cream for a better price at Frys. I parked in one of their kiosk that was broken with no screen as well.

We were at the outside tables but hey did not answer when we pressed the button, standing in the sun. Had to go to the other kiosk to order. Makes me wonder if they are racist. Or possibly that button doesn't work. Hmmm.

So the whole idea of fast food is to get it fast but this branch of Sonic is really bad . Then, the order wasn't entered into their system correctly, which then caused even more delay One question I have is: Is it the process or the people ? Process then the company needs to fix it if it's the people then they would need to be retrained
Parking: Get rid of the homeless tweekers in the parking lot
