There's never usually a long line. The staff operating the Sonic are very friendly and very prompt. Never had an issue and I've gone here for years.

Great service, yummy shakes and food for a quick stop to eat in your car or take home. No indoor dining, but they bring food to your car.Please don't forget to tip.
Tonight as we pulled up, we noticed sonic was busy busy! We ordered jr cheese burger extra everything add lettuce, number 7 large size, Corn dog, and a small cherry coke! They had 1 car hop, 1 manger, 2 others inside. These guys were getting there butts kicked! But they handles the rush like champs! I could see it in their faces, they were exhausted! But they stayed focused, got the orders out and quickly with out messing up! Huge props! Great team work! Short handed and still got the orders out fast!
I was helped by an amazing employee named Mak. She was very kind and kept a smile on her face our entire interaction. I would give her a raise asap she really showed me and my family what costumer services was all about I would come by this sonic again just to receive this level costumer service. In the past I haven't had the best service with an employee named Lance who was the most unethusiastic worker I have ever come across, but mak change my thoughts about the service from this location 10/10 would come again. As someone who also works in the food industry I know how hard it is to keep good employees but they really found a good one when it came to Mak.

I've had my ordered messed up 3 days within the same week. On the 3rd day my order was messed up 3 times. I called the manager Angel and explained the experience I've had to try to prevent the same experience from happening to future customers. I wanted no credit or free food but Angel insisted I come back the next day to have my order remade. I came back the following day, waited literally 35 minutes after re ordering only to get into a back and fourth debate with Angel stating my order was made correctly and that nothing would be done. After leaving 40 minutes later and calling to speak with Angel over 7 times the line was picked up and hung up each time. The WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT FASTFOOD. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. SONIC 35th and Union hills
