Sonic messed up my order but when we went back to get it fixed Alex was so pleasant and made it right! The service is excellent here I will always go back!

They could use a bit better customer service . I've sat at the drive thru so long I finally just left. It wasn't busy. They close random times it's ok, not my fav. But I do like the strawberry slush float, and their double cheese burger is good.

I strongly believe that it's time for Sonic to update with the times. This company is behind everyone else. Their ordering system that the employees use is way too outdated. The speaker system for ordering sucks.During our visit today, the girl couldn't hear us, the food came messed up. It's just stressful that it's still as complicated and annoying as it's always been.

I ordered 2 drinks and waited 20 minutes. Sent the drinks back twice still unable to provide accurate order. At that point frustration wasn’t a word. Night Shift isn’t equipped to provide proficient customer service or accuracy within order.

Attempted lunch here today.Parked. Pushed the button. Waited a few minutes. Heard the other stall next to me give their order. Waited more. Called out hello? Hello? Pushed the button again.Gave up after wasting 15 minutes of my lunch break here.No respect for my time, zero service provided.

the jumbo popcorn chicken was so burnt. only 7 pieces had a trace of chicken in them. also tasted like old oil.

First of all, it's mainly a drive-in. It's kind of unfair to judge it's atmosphere when you don't have much interaction with staff. Or dining room to sit in. The service was first rate. My big disappointment is how they've gotten to where they don't put much chili on the chili cheese Coney anymore. I stopped buying them because of this. That has always been my all-time favorite thing to get at Sonic. So disappointing. But the sandwich I got was delicious!

Forgot the cheese that goes with the pretzels (again). But other then that....always use the app to order, even if I'm already there. Doesn't take any longer and you can get some deals by ordering off the app.

Intoxicated employees... I went on my lunch break at 1pm 11/1 and whoever was working the drive thru didn't greet me for a few minutes when I was the only car there including the drive-in part. Then finally when she greeted me she was slurring her words and she made me repeat my 3 item order of a corn dog, onion rings, and drink 4 times before telling me to "hold on a second" and then disappeared completely. At this point another car pulled up and we both just waited and she never returned so I left and I watched the other car leave after me too. Like I said there were no other cars waiting on food or even in the drive-in part of this location.

Great stop for cold drinks and hot treats. Love using the app to get all day happy hour half off drinks. Kids love it. So does my wallet

The manager is incompetent and can't seem to understand simple numbers. I gave him my phone number to call me back after an interview and he wrote my phone number down wrong three times i had to practically hold his hand and walk him through the process of writing down my simple phone number. I don't know how he runs a business and gets orders right if he can't even write down 10 numbers down right. I wouldn't go here for anything, management is way to incompetent.

The guy Chris is so nice and helpful he's young but you can tell he's been raised right went out of his way to make sure our entire family had the best time haven't had customer service like that since I was young really appreciated this guy need more like him

Trashy staff the girl basically didn’t take my completely order and just finished it cause she felt like it. Very rude.

Awesome service. The waitress was kind and happy. They made a mistake on the order and had to return to correct it. But they didn't argue and it was on the receipt. They fixed and we dipped out. Thanks sonic!
