Unbelievable. Utterly ridiculous! My friend and I ordered on the app while in the car with our friends to pay separately. As we prepared to feast on our food we noticed we did not receive the cheese to the pretzels we ordered. No big deal? RIGHT? Wrong! My friend has to literally get out of the car and basically argue with the workers over CHEESE!! They essentially accused us of lying to get extra cheese? I don’t even know. They were convinced that the cheese in my friend’s lap from a completely separate order, was our cheese. They asked to look inside the bags and even the manager I believe stood outside our car looking into the car at the cheese in my friend’s lap that again was from a DIFFERENT order. We got the cheese for the pretzels at the end of it, but it was absolutely preposterous what we had to endure. And to top it all off, the worker with the greasy ponytail and highlights kept giving all of us on the car dirty looks and kept rolling her eyes. Needless to say we will not be back to this location. The food was good but the service ruined the overall experience. I recommend the pretzels if you can get your cheese.

So ridiculous. Came out here tonight with friends. Having a good time and we have two separate orders since we were paying separately. Both orders had a few orders of pretzels and one order accidentally didn’t come with cheese. No big deal right? We go up to the door and ask for cheese and the staff here, two in particular proceed to make it a big deal, going back and forth with the orders and not giving us just a pack of cheese bruh. First was a short fat girl with cakey makeup and overgrown roots. rolling her eyes when passing us going back and forth with our friend over cheese. And then, a tall white boy with long greasy hair, assuming to be manager, comes all the way out to our car to inspect our order bags that we already paid for AND peeks through the window of our car in my friends lap spotting cheese from one of our orders when we were just asking for cheese for the OTHER order. All that over sauces of cheese. So ridiculous it’s not that big of a deal for a pack of sauce

im absolutely baffled by the experience i had today. my friends and i had 2 separate orders both containing a couple orders of pretzels. one of our orders were missing cheese for the pretzels so one of our friends went to ask for 2 packets of cheese. he was ignored by the first girl and when someone else came out, he asked again. then came out the manager who proceeded to walk up to our car and asked to look inside our bags. basically trying to insinuate we were lying about getting the cheese. he then points out that i had a cheese packet sitting in my lap and 2 more on my middle console. again, we had 2 separate orders both had orders of pretzels. he then argues with us about having the packets of cheese and after inspecting our bags and looking inside my car he ends up bringing the cheese anyways. absolutely unnecessary over a couple packets of cheese. after this encounter Ingrid proceeds to give us dirty looks every time she passed our car making the experience unenjoyable.

Terrible burger with barbecue. Ordered some burger that comes on toast and it had this horrible barbecue sauce. Apparently it doesnt show up on the web based menu.Just awfull. Maybe they just made it up at the 19th avenue and Deer Valley location. Bad, bad bad,

Why order a ultimate meat and cheese burrito if I’m only going to get bacon and eggs? If you don’t want to do your job, then quit, or just say you don’t have this items like all the other lazy employees. What will managers do about it? Nothing, because they’re apparently just as bad.
