Really dissatisfied with my order, I got a cheesy bacon super sonic stacked sandwich combo with onion rings and a large onion ring and a slushie. While I’m grateful they changed my mango slush to a large I got the 1 stacked sandwich which is cheaper than what I ordered and my extra side of large onion rings was only half full the same size as my medium ones. I’m just saying people should get what they paid for

Saturday may 24, at evening around closing time, the manager and the workers carried sonic on their back and did amazing. Ive never met any fast food workers as kind as ive experienced today and it was a blessing. I wish I lived closer so I could go more. Very thankful!!!

I come here literally everyday to get a custom root beer and it’s always perfect. But I mostly wanted to give a shout out to a sweet young man you employ I believe his name is Ismael. He is always so smiley, helpful and gives off a happy spirit. I manage a couple restaurants so I know it’s hard finding people to work who genuinely care about the customers experience and you got that with him! Please give that boy a raise, I hope he is treasured and knows he’s appreciated!

You better come here in this location because it near Target and some fancy foods store across the street and this Sonic Store has hot serve food and they get the food to you quickly like 3 to 5min.

The cooks need to get it together. Seems like this is a reoccurring issue in the quality of the food. A MEDIUM frito pie seriously had about 20 Fritos, a squirt of chili and cheese. My blast was supposed to have extra Oreo in it and literally had 2-3 pieces of Oreo thrown on top. The carhop Elissa was very friendly and sweet. Only good thing about this experience
Placed an uber eats order, order was completely wrong. I don't know how you can mess up that bad. I have never had an issue this bad at this sonic location they always mess up my plain burger but thats about it. Please have your employees (savannah) doubble check bags and food. Half the time uber eats doesn't give you a full refund so to have 90% of my order wrong is annoying as hell.

Every time I go get my drinks at happy hour, I get myself a grape or cherry slush with needs and sometimes I have to order extra needs because I NEVER GET NERDS in my slush. I am sick and tired of paying for drinks that are watered down, or that do not have the items we ask for. Slush woth needs and then I don't get my nerds. We use the app for a reason, but every time I go I have to use the call menu to explain exactly what the problem is. Every time!!! Unacceptable.
