ZERO STARS , service sucks atmosphere sucks. Ordered a strawberry limeade and ocean water. My strawberry limeade has the syrup just sitting on top?!? and barely any it was all sprite SHOW THE GAH DAMN DRINK SOME LOVE PS THEY HAD NO CUSTOMERS NO LINE I don’t understand how come they give shitty service with no customers !!

Super sonic double cheeseburger large tots and large coke is my favorite to go meal. For breakfast a sausage egg and cheese toaster with a side of french toast sticks and orange juice. Always fresh and delicious. Staff is so nice and attentive. Location is always clean and appealing.

Please get the workers new head sets and replace the speaker box at this location. It's hard to order and the workers are frustrated trying to decipher what the customers are saying. They're good at their jobs but they need help!

The new smash burgers are yummy and you can't go wrong with a slush! 😋💚💯

Bro why would you even serve me a corn dog that looks like this?! This thing looks like it was fried hours ago and then re fried once I ordered. This area is definitely not where you will find quality sonic I guess.

They also were rude when I was trying to decide what I wanted, made me push the button again

Usually service was good before but now before they hand you your order they demand your name even though you checked in on the app and lately they don’t even let you check in on the app seems like they disabled it.

By far the worst experience I have had in MY LIFE! placed an order thru the app arrived right away got my order food was warm temperature & chicken tasted dry I press the button asked “CHRIS” nicely and explained to him how it tasted he proceeded to tell me he can’t do anything about it & cannot replace it. I asked him so you are telling me you can’t replace my order he said “no” I told him do you want to come see yourself that they are not fresh? He came out got the bag & grabbed a chicken & took a bite & said “taste good to me” I said I don’t want that back you literally took a bite & put the chicken back in told me I can’t do anything about it walked away. At this point my blood was boiling already because what EMPLOYEE COMES & TAKES A BITE OFF YOUR FOOD? I went to the door & told them I’m not leaving until you replace my order & we went back & forth arguing I told him to get out of my face he said I will have you trespassed I said ok go ahead call the cops I’ll be waiting with no problem because all I want is my food fresh he did call I have a video of him taking a bite off of the chicken & willing to send to corporate . Another employee came out & apologized & gave me my order idk her name or who she was but she did handle the situation way much better then he did

Shout out to the crew over there, customer service on point and the vibes were right! Thank you, it shows that you all work hard and you care about what you do. I was extremely impressed with an employee's caliber of service which influenced me to tip over more than 80% of the cost of my order. Exceptional service experiences are priceless.
