The young man who brought my food out was friendly. Other than that I had a horrible experience. I placed a mobile order. The drinks were made incorrectly. Instead of a natural lemonade with cranberry flavor, they gave me a lemonade slush with nerd candy in it. They also did not add the cherry flavor into the coke that I paid for. Horrible customer service! My order was incorrect when I got it home. I sent it back after several attempts to call went unanswered. I sent my burger, tater tots and onion rings back and they refused to replace my Onion rings or even give back the returned ones, they made my niece wait over a half and hour to speak to a manager that never came to talk to her! This is a shameful way to treat customers.
