Waited at the drive thru, no one answered. Pulled up to the stall and they took forever to answer, and it wasn’t event busy.

I hate to even give 1 star. You guys are the worst. I just drank what appears to be a napkin from my coffee drink or food knows what else. Hell you can't even melt cheese!!! I didn't know why I continued to go back but you have finally succeeded is driving me away. Enjoy that 20 bucks because it's the last you will ever see from me. Im I'm sure there will be no response because none of your employees care including the corporate ones!!!!!!

This is ridiculous! I don’t understand why they are so stingy with the chili and this isn’t the 1st time it’s almost every time!!! I’m so over it I’m wasting my money at this point! Get your ish together sonic employees.

This is the WORST sonic By far.. It never fails, every time I try to go back and order something they fail.. Their customer service is HORRIBLE.. I called the customer service number. I was told I would get a call from a general manager.. long story short its been 9 weeks. I called the 1st 3 weeks to let them know I still haven't received a call. They just dont care.. they want to take your money. Take a long time to make your order. Then they will do everything in their power to get it incorrect. Then when you ask to correct it they act like you stole from them. I work around the corner from this place.. I rode woth my coworker today for a simple ice cream.. To sum it all up.. we ended up a Burger King for a ice cream because sonic can't even get an ice-cream order right.. its terrible..Just throw the whole place in the trash.. look how the burned my corndog.. I beat this on my dashboard and it didnt budge.. JUST TERRIBLE

I love Sonic! hate this location! Its 8:30 pm on a Monday, no customers and NO ONE will answer the beep inside from my finger pushing the button. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Last week in the morning no one was working. No cars no customers no 1/2 drinks :(

The new smash over they have wasn’t was I excepted it was just a small as their other burgers and the coney dogs mind you I got 3 they had the littlest amount of cheese on all 3 not like usual very disappointed for a Sunday quick dinner

I specifically asked for barely any ice for the simple fact that they charge an arm and a leg for refill my drink was done and two gulps. When I told the manager he told me he was gonna have to charge me for a whole refill after I specifically asked for very little ice, they still gave me over half a cup full They do this to maximize profit super greedy gave me attitude definitely not coming back.
Went at 10pm on a not busy night, only one of a handful parked. Waited for at least 10 minutes from pressing the button before giving up and leaving. Would give 0 if allowed.

Sonic, I know you’re lying. I literally ordered medium chicken tenders and medium tots and I feel like this is a kid size!!! Like what’s the difference between small , medium and large ? Don’t get me wrong the food is good but the proportion is terrible!! I was still hungry after eating this. I even paid more for the actual order 😭😭 this is what I get for ordering online !

I usually don't complain about food but today's service that I got was terrible. My son and I went there about 5:00 and I ordered a double burger with tots, my son ordered chicken tenders with fries. The fries, the chicken, and the tots all had black residue on their showing that the grease was really old and they were overcooked and really oily. I didn't notice this until we got home. This inclines me not to recommend this location to anybody. The service and friendliness was mediocre

Mobile app has stopped working. Will not complete a transaction. Contacted support and have not heard back for over 2 weeks even after checking in. The deals in the app are the only thing keeping me coming.
