When someone orders a cream slush. They are wanting ice cream mixed in. I ordered a raspberry cream slush only to have a slush with Barely any ice cream it was almost liquid blueberrywhich is odd given there should be equal part ice cream mixed in. I don't understand the problem giving people what they order.

The manager was beyond mean, very rude and disrespectful. I don’t know her name but she should not be managing anything. 10:15 pm on January 17th.I hope the higher ups get this.I never post a negative comment, until this one.Service wouldn’t get one star if there was a zero option.

Took forever to get a carhop or person to take my order in the stall. So any to drive thru only to have to wait even longer.
Lazy people! I waited in drive thru , no one responding when I talk . I drive up just to see 3 girls standing there talking and when I drove off they just stared at me . Mind you it was EMPTY there not busy at all !

Waited twenty minutes at the stall with no help . Went to drive thru and they helped me right away . When they gave me the food I told her what happened. Didn’t apologize or say maybe it’s broken instead said they’re probably busy and that said not the one taking orders. Asked to speak with the manager. He didn’t look sorry at all. He said yea it’s probably broken and that he’ll get his boss to check it out. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience of waiting either or the car hopper’s attitude. Didn’t offer a partial refund or a free item or discount next time for the wait. As a manger at a fast food restaurant I know this is NOT how you help customers . Food was 7/10
