We ordered online, so that when we arrived our food would be ready to go. We get all the way home and none of it is right. The breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich are missing the extra bacon and sausage we paid for, but also they’re covered in cheese, which we had specifically ordered without cheese due to dairy allergy. We had to go all the way back to discuss the issue with someone, because the telephone number on the receipt rings endlessly, then disconnects. They remade the food, but didn’t offer any kind of refund for wasting our time, and for their mistake. I get one item being wrong, but multiple items is not okay.

This is a pretty solid location. Employees are always very kind and friendly. The inside folks struggle to get my sauce orders right, but that's understandable as I've been known to get lost in the sauce from time to time as well.

If I had 2 more hands, I would give this location 4 thumbs down! I placed an online order while in their parking lot, checked in and waited over 30 min just to never get the food I had already paid for. I checked with them twice on the speaker about 15 min apart each time before I finally left at 11:55pm, when I started the order at 11:19pm. I watched one of their kid employees drop a customers coney as he proceeded to walk out of the door backwards, just to turn around and walk into the corner of the building. We have had double burgers served with a single patty and various other preventable mistakes but have never complained, asked them to fix, nor asked for a partial refund. Their customer service is even worse and provide zero solutions. This location seems to be ran by incompetent employees who are either too young, inexperienced or who lack the training/common sense to be working in the service industry. They have no consideration for working people, to act in such a way, nor do they seem to care about quality of service. This is a running theme within the service industry, they expect big tips, but food quality is terrible, good service is non-existent and quality is beyond lacking, while increasing prices. This entire location needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom because I cant even begin to imagine what their kitchen looks like based on some of the previous reviews😡🤢🤮

Normally don't leave reviews, but when people are purposely not doing their jobs and don't care about service you have to say something. On 12/10 at 845 I ordered my meal. My fries were burnt and greasy. You could tell they took old fries and redropped them and burnt them. I sent them back thinking they would fix them. We'll they brought out new fries. Thinking they addressed the issue I drove off. Found out they redropped some more and just didn't burn them. You could tell by how greasy and still stale they were. Didn't have time to go back, people have jobs. We'll got to the burger and this was the worst. Wasn't built right. Staff just through it together how they wanted too. Nasty. This is the first time I've encountered such poor service at this store. People should not play with people's food. Blatant poor service. People that don't want to work shouldn't have jobs..
