I just got an M&M blast from here and I kid you not there was only like 3 throughout and a sprinkle on top. Definitely won't be returning, don't waste your money here.

I don't know if the drive thru speaker is broken( if it is, a note making patrons aware would be nice) or if this location just has turtle service. I pulled into a bay and pushed the service button with no response like drive thru. I also witnessed a plethora of other cars pull up to drive thru and then drive off. Last time I stopped by for a pup cup and drink, same thing happened. Wasn't busy either. Something to be aware of if you're short on time.

Had a bad experience and called corporate over 4x just to have a district manager call and still waiting. Location is horrible takes forever to get orders, food is always incorrect.

I get sonic drinks weekly, sometimes accompanied with food. Sometimes it does take a while to get my order (10 mins for a drink) but not very often. Just depends on how busy they are obviously. I have no problem waiting, I’ve only been a couple times and the drinks being a little flat. Other than that this is one of the better Sonic’s I have been to.

Sonic is not dog friendly yet alone animal friendly I tried to order a water for my dog and they charged me for it. 10/10 don’t recommend if you have animals to come here.
Simply order cant make it right. Next time listen very carefully so you get the right order. And talk loud and clear not to fast like you are in a debate. My God. Train your people to speak with costumer properly and listen so they can understand whats the order. Its just a simple job

Probability that this is the only Sonic in Arizona that doesn't feel like a prison sentence when you go there, or like you just entered rush hour traffic at a stand still. Maybe... and you might just possibly even be able to place an order at this location or even talk to, With a response!, thats directed at you!, a real employe. Class spot with that old school feel, Service.
