Me and my husband ate at this location last night I hadn't eaten all day he had eaten some food throughout the day, within 2 to 3 hours of us consuming food from this Sonic we got really extreme food poisoning and now both of us are in the hospital right now.

Very disappointing & honestly waste of money . I had order a route 44 blue slushie along with a strawberry slushie a kids meal tender and onions rings with mozzarella sticks they had my order wrong . They took it back and waited another 10-15 mins once received my ânew receipt â nothing was fresh my onion rings were burnt & oily very disgusting my slushies werenât even the right size nor well done put together I wouldnât even recommend this location a lot of teenagers and laziness in the work ethic would rather have refunded my money instead of placing my order.

Ordered a Medium Oreo Sonic Blast. They are currently charging 6.51 with tax. A few minutes later, it was brought out. Server was very friendly and hands me my order. Now here is where the issue lies. All the Oreo toppings are just sitting on the top, no whipped cream either. When I get home, NO Oreo mixed in the ice cream at all! Just the small pile of toppings at the top of the cup. For almost 7 bucks, you don't even bother to mix it and hardly any Oreo. Yeah you've lost a customer, same goes for McDs because their machines are always broken.

Gross and Disappointing The strawberry limeade was made with carbonated water because they didn't bother to load a new syrup box for the softdrinks. It was disgusting; a total waste of time, money, and food. Everything tasted old and was put together carelessly. The chili cheese items were dry and barely had any cheese. The chili seemed watered down and old. The server was a nice kid but seemed overwhelmed. He walked away and forgot to bring give us our drinks. I deleted the app and lost faith in the entire chain. This is the third incident of its kind. These people are poorly trained and poorly managed.

I came at 9:35 to pick up my order and nobody came to bring it out or answered the drive thru so I went 5 minutes away to get gas. I came back at 9:47pm to get my food and the employees lied and said they didn't have my food. Then a young man came outside after I complained and brought out cold food and melted drinks with an attitude.
Car hops should not rush when ordering. Cutting off the customers while they are customizing their order is rude. Also instead of replying âAnything elseâ after each order they should suggest something or hear you out. Food was incorrect due to rushing and also we were given extra items we did not ask for. If youâre going to rush customers in ordering make sure youâre Efficient when being fast! food was cold and incorrect!!!!!
