I come here all the time on my lunch break cuz I work around the corner and I just paid $5 for three onion rings that are so burnt I can't eat them I'm confused why three burnt onion rings cost almost $5 and it took almost 15 minutes to get to my car I'm very disappointed I come here almost every day and I'm debating whether I should come back ever again because the past few weeks I don't know who you have working there but it's been very decline in service and product quality

So I came here tonight and I ordered $45 worth of food I was missing my sauce to my Metro all the sticks for the marinara sauce my fries container we're only half full and when I ordered through drive-thru I said chocolate ice cream which all the other times that I've went to this location they've added chocolate syrup and mix it in with the ice cream to turn it into chocolate ice cream when I called this location and talk to the general manager Shane I expressed my concerns and my complaints Shane the store manager was Defensive would not let me talk on the phone came up with excuses said that I never asked for chocolate ice cream or to turn it into chocolate ice cream and not the order was correct I will not go to this location again because if the store manager is going to justify and make excuses about how they operate and tell the customer that they're wrong when you had a witness on the phone and drive through hearing the entire order then you need to be retrained as a store manager or find a different job I've been in customer service for over 10 years this is unacceptable the general manager also kept talking over me was not letting me explain my concerns about my order told me that he would no longer be able to help me if I continue to talk to him in a way that I was on the phone mind you I was calm I wasn't cussing him out I was completely soft-spoken just trying to help him understand what was wrong with the order especially coming from a general manager of the store once again that General manager's name is Shane
Due to the lack of responsibility from the general manager the issue was never resolved nor was anything suggested for fixing or comping

This store surprised me. I went over there because I realized I could order my food on the app without using my card. When I got there and ordered they told me the -50% drinks are only online. Plus there seemed to be a bit of a difference on the price verses the online amount. The guy whom took my order told me it was an online special only. I was sad as I am a budget cause I just moved. I was trying to get their quarter pound burger special today as well. Plus a med cheese tot. The order taker was nice enough to send my drink anyway. He must have heard the sadness in my voice lol! Thank you guys. I would have done the same thing for a guest. I also work in food and I am a leader. Thank you guys for treating me well. I appreciate it. I was able to get what I wanted and had gotten it at a great price! Plus the gentleman whom took delivered my food was very nice and helpful too! He was prompt and got me condiments. I was very taken back by all of this. Faith restored.

I have been coming to the Sonic for years and I must say that through the years I've seen a lot of people come and go but the people that are here now seem to always be working hard and doing their job very well I'm not had an order mess up or anything this is my favorite place to eat

I've been here countless times and never had an issue and my last review was 5 stars.. But tonight was a disgrace though.. I had the worst experience tonight with the "manager" Anthony but then it might be Antoni, as the receipt says, as he even took my order and still messed it up.. I ordered a double smashburger combo and not only did they put pickle on my burger but they did not put the smasher sauce on the side and I called and the boy I spoke with was very unprofessional and I requested to speak with his manager and very unprofessional on every level, calling me a liar and I took pics of everything and I'll be calling back to follow up on this because he doesn't deserve to have a job, none the less as a manager!!! I'll be calling corporate because they need to know what's going on with him.. Merry Christmas

Ordered 2 footlong coneys. Order took over 15 minutes to come out to me and that's with me telling an employee as well as a manager! Coneys were starting to get soggy by the time they were delivered. No apologies or anything! Restaurant has no urgency!

25 minute wait for food. If I were on my work lunch break I would have to go back to work without eating. When the food did arrive I asked why it took so long. I got a story about understaffed shift. Then handed me the food and walked away without a thank you or apology. Her name is Aaliyah.
