Ordered DoorDash. 3 drinks, not even shakes, simply fountain drinks. Took them 30 minutes to make them and they made the DD driver wait 20 MINUTES before they brought the drinks out because they make all other orders first, even if the order came in after mine. (This is per the employee I spoke with when I rang to store to see what the issue was). This isn’t the first time this Sonic has made people wait for ridiculously long time even if there’s plenty of people working. Not trying to be a Karen, but take some pride in your work and maybe do this crazy thing like offer customer service to the people who order from you. Without customers, none of us would have jobs. Regardless of where you work.I worked at SONIC when I was a teenager and this kind of service would have never been acceptable.

We paid for extra cheese and chili, yet I'm confused as to how Sonic thinks this is worth the upcharge. We were not very impressed. I'm not sure we will be back to this location.

By far the worst Sonic I have ever been to, soon as I got home and got the food out it was a joke. Immediately called to complain I got some manager that obviously said she was sorry don't know what happened, but offered to replace the meal. Went back a very short time later to get the meal replaced, and guess what? Nobody knew what I was talking about. And they would not replace the meal. And I make my hamburger a bigger joke it was made from two different hamburgers put together, one old very old and the other one not much newer, but I got both bottom buns LOL

I would give zero rating! Took my grandson up to reward him for his hard work helping around the house, went through drive thru not a person in line the lady comes across stating their backed up would be 5-10 minutes before she could take our order as they were backed up? Wth? Waited and then asked how much longer...was given the same response? Smh...left and went to Wendy's where we were treated kindly and quickly. What is going on at Sonic? Terrible!

I stopped at Sonic for an overpriced milkshake as a special treat. Unfortunately, the milkshake didn't taste like real vanilla ice cream. It didn't even taste as good as a soft serve milkshake. The service wasn't with a smile, the card reader was broken, and there was nothing special about the atmosphere that stood out.Sorry Sonic, I would love to give you a 5 Star review, but three stars for that visit was more than fair. Any recommendations for a revisit?

Pulled up to the drive through window and was rudely asked what I wanted to order, without any form of greeting. Requested a moment as I had multiple people ordering so I wanted to get everyone's order in line, and not but 30 seconds later I'm rudely requested to move to the stall if I needed more time. Only one car behind me and a line ahead of me of cars still waiting to receive food, and I'm rudely rushed as though they actually had people lining up behind me. Poor customer service and blatantly rude to customerS.

The staff working on this night, Wednesday Oct. 10th 8pm was the best staff ever! They were so kind and accommodating. They quickly fixed their mistake and brought out the most picture perfect blast! I wish i had taken a picture but my excitement overtook me. I remember one of their name's was Riley. Thank you all

Over all horrible experiences, I’ve tried to give this store a chance but they continue to fail. Can’t even make you a slushy they’ll give you an unsweet tea instead. WOULDNT

We placed our order at the self-service drive-up spot, the girl taking our order cut us off halfway through our speaking and gave our total, we tried to push the button to finish our order, we waited and no one answered. We pulled up to the drive-through to try to resolve the issue and sat there for probably 5 minutes, didn't receive even an acknowledgement so we gave up and pulled up to the window where we sat even longer, still ignored. So glad we didn't end up paying for anything, we left empty handed.
