Best restaurant in Phoenix!

Cocktails and atmosphere were great! However, the food was underwhelming and the manager, Matt, was awful. He was condescending and confrontational.

If you're looking for some solid French food in Phoenix -this is the place for you! The cocktails were a delicious start and we then decided to order a mix of items from the 'a la carte' menu. No choice was a disappointment! Pictured is the wild mushroom crostini, french onion soup, and mussels. We also ordered the beef tartare, cheese plate, and fresh bread.

We celebrated my girlfriend’s 31st birthday here with family and friends and it did not disappoint. Drinks were great and food was fantastic. There wasn’t a dish we didn’t enjoy. We especially liked the onion soup, escargot, and tuna tartare. Thanks Sottise!

Intimate environment. The presentation and quality of the food was excellent. The bar offered a nice variety of cocktails. My only small complaint is that I and other members of my party thought the drinks were too sweet.

Kid-friendliness: I don't think it's anti-kid but this is not the place to take kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: I walked up several steps to enter the restaurant. I don't recall a wheelchair ramp.

The food was incredible! We had the oysters, beets, and beef!! For the desert we had the lemon curd and seasonal fruit desert. For the drinks we had 3 different cocktails and each was even better than the last. The staff and atmosphere is absolutely unmatched. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant.

Really wanted to like this place more, but the overall experience just missed the mark. Felt like the “vibe” was prioritized over the food. The Beef bourguignon was the only dish our party felt was on par with expectations. Spent $300 for three entrees, a couple appetizers and three glasses of wine. Ended up getting some late night food elsewhere too.

Had my birthday dinner with amazing friends and this place did not disappoint. Delicious family style dishes. The beef bourguignon and roasted beets were my personal favorites. The Carmel dessert was also to die for. A must if you’re in mid town Phoenix!
