My son and I went out just looking for some place to have lunch today, and this is where we ended up. There isn’t much for dining in, but the food was really really good. Well seasoned and hot to order. My son got a burger and I got the catfish and neither of us were disappointed. Everyone was friendly and you can tell that everyone that came in there loved it. We will definitely be back again :)

Nice local take out place. The 3 piece cod with fries is this first meal that I got to enjoy and it was great. Next time I will go for the wings as it is fun to see how each place puts their own spin on a take out favorite. Prices are fair. Hours are good. Location is on the North side of Southern just to the East of 16th Street. Don't let the exterior slow you down. The best food providers are better at cooking than painting. I will be going back to try more menu items and for sure for fish and chips again!

I just moved here and been hearing this is the spot and I definitely love the food I will say the wings are huge and will fill you up the shrimp is cooked perfectl, the greens melted in my mouth the Mac and cheese is homemade and delicious everything is seasoned to the T reminds me of granny cooking and his Kool aid the grape major hit he playing music old school jams real vibe I love supporting my people and I'll definitely will be back this week i ate everything so fast I forgot to take a picture lol
Finally tried this place, after being recommended to my boyfriend from the owner. Shrimp was some of the best seasoned I've had. Definitely get the loaded potato and add the brisket ?. Fish and chicken were on point too. We expected hot wing size chicken, and got full wing and drum pieces with the order. The bbq sauce they give was very tasty. Only downside was the onion rings were over fried, fries were a little soggy, and we were hoping for an in-house made tartar sauce since everything else seemed to be. Overall great place to check out.

Fantastic place! We had wings, fried fish, fried shrimp, burgers and fries. Every single item was amazing. Service was super friendly, including making suggestions for the kids in my group. Kesaan, age 10, said they were the best wings he'd ever had. Shaq, age 8, could hardly speak he liked the burger so much. He enjoyed the sauce that came with so much that he drank the last bit of sauce directly. We will definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: They made off-menu adjustments to account for the younger kids in my group and were extremely friendly!
This place is a hidden gem. The food here was so good! I got the wing, fish and shrimp combo. It was seasoned and fried to perfection! I’ll definitely be returning!
