Great customer service. We had a small issue when we went to dine in and they went way above and beyond to fix it.

Spinato's has become our “go-to” pizza favorite! One in our group is dieting, and thoroughly enjoyed the unique chicken keto crust pizza! All the others enjoyed various pizzas, sandwiches and salads. Everyone left well-satisfied and delighted! Yummy! Their spumoni gelato is worth several raves! Greatly enjoyed!

Heck yeah!!!! Awesome pizza. Best gluten free crust around ( and by that i mean anywhere from NY to PHX). My wife has celiac and this was her go to place 3 out of 6 days. Pizza was so good in fact our party ordered it two days in a row and it might of been a third but theyre closed on Mondays. HIGHLY recommend the chicken pesto (add spinach).

I take back my sworn claim that you can’t find good pizza outside of the Northeast (NY/NJ/Philly) - I literally ate my words after having the pizza here. My partner and I always get the cutely named “over-a-cheeser” (it’s the best thing on the menu, I swear) and the meatballs appetizer (second best item on the menu). These two items in particular are jaw-droppingly good! The best pizza ever, and I’m kind of a pizza snob.

I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese. The pizza was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The sauce was semisweet. The dried red chili peppers they offer are a nice complement if you choose to balance out the semisweet pizza sauce. They also offer Parmesan cheese to add to the pizza. Their stuffed mushrooms were also very tasty.

One of my favorite spots to visit there was one week I ate there 3 times in a row because I love their pizza so much, sauce is sweet and the crust is crisp and cheese is fresh

I Know a thing or two about Spinato's and their
close knit family. That means jack to my latest experience at the North Valley location. Could their
even be a minus 5 stars? Geez. I order a Margherita pie. "Sorry, we're out of basil." Ok. Half cheese, half pepperoni. The wait time around 40 minutes. Ok, it's a Sunday early evening. Get there and one of the
counter people looked like he was high on something and told me, "It'll be another 20 minutes." Not good. I wait as this tiny overflow to-go room is filled with Door Dash and other delivery people plus customers, some not so happy. Finally my pie comes out. The manager, complete with shiny nose ring opens the box. I stare and say, "What is THAT?"
The entire medium pie was dark brown and no distinction from the cheese side and pep side save for maybe 4 small pieces of burn pepperoni. it was in a word disgusting to look at. The manager didn't much care but said she can make another one and the standard time to make a pizza is 7 minutes. What? Ok, I'll wait seven minutes. BUT NO...."sorry, there are about 12 tickets ahead of you so it will be some time." This after spending now more than 65 minutes waiting? Terrible customer service no matter how deep into the weeds they were. Much worse was the zero qualilty of the pies I saw coming out, all seemed to be bland and dark - as in
burned. Ick. Never again, Paisano.

I had The Chicago mini pizza! It was a descent pizza…sweet sauce but great flavor!! The dinner salad was good too!!! Loved the cheesy garlic bread!!

Food was cold to lukewarm. Service was friendly but inattentive and slow (which led to cold food). Nothing special even though we reserved a table noting it was a special occasion. Table was located in a very cold area of the restaurant. We've been here many times in the past and usually have consistently good service even when it's busy, but this was a very disappointing visit.

I’m extremely disappointed in my food and experience. I usually love the food at spinatos and we eat there regularity. This is the first time we have ordered for take out and it was a total disappoint and I want a refund. First when we arrived at our pick up time our food was not ready. After standing in the lobby an additional 30 min we asked again about our order and we were informed that they made the wrong pizza and had to remake it. We asked if we could have the pizza that was made even though it was wrong and we were told it was given to another customer. After another 15 min we finally got our pizza. When we checked the pizza in the parking lot it was cold but we took it home anyway. And we started eating it at home the entire pizza fell apart and the crust was crunchy as a potato chip.
