This is the ONLY authentic southern soul food in Phoenix that I have seen, because the midwest soul food that we mostly have in Phx is just not the same as Mississippi/Texas/Louisiana/ATL/FL food from the south, but this place is for real, the real deal!
Idk what everyone else is talking about but the food here is actually good. BBQ sucks in AZ & so do a lot of the ppl so I feel like most of the negative reviews like from the Timothy’s are of the latter.
