This might be the coolest Starbucks I have been to in Phoenix. It has such a neat setup, I love the atmosphere and the retro design of the building. If you order your drink 'for here' they will give you a mug instead of a paper cup. Check out this location if you are in the area!

Been coming here for quite a while. 2 or 3 times a week. dark roast with five shots of espresso. Gv em a $20 & they keep the change. Way kewl. Then they stopped carrying dark roast ? They said " we don't have any dark roast anymore " and they laughed at me. NOT COOL ! Don't see any reason to come back to this place ever again. A customer service based operation treating their paying customers like that. ....shame on you guys !!!! BOO !!!

Ordered an iced caramel macchiato through the drive-thru. Wasn’t a jerk about it, wasn’t a difficult order. Instead of espresso, I got coffee with coffee grounds in it. They’re in the caramel sauce, in the photo. Not sure why these people work there if they obviously hate their jobs so much, and not sure why they made it my problem. $7 down the drain.

I ordered hot water because I had a sinus pressure headache and wanted to just squeeze lemon into some hot water on the go to save time so I drove thru early this morning. I was declined hot water by Jon store manager but then when I offered to pay and he stopped explaining why he couldn’t give me hot water due to liability/safety issues… to then proceeded to charge me almost $4. At this point I was annoyed and told him charge me for a tea and put the tea bag on the side. It wasn’t a matter of liability he just didn’t want to serve the hot water for free. Large corporations like McDonalds and Starbucks are convenient for things like hot water and ice for busy moms on the go. I am always willing to pay for the cost of the cup but don’t charge almost $4 for something that costs you less than a dollar. I also asked if I buy something else could I get the hot water in the drive thru before I was declined and the initial response was my manager said no. Worst customer service experience ever. Not only that but he didn’t even give me my tea bags I had to ask for them after he gave me the hot water. I’m super reasonable but this was such an irritating experience being that I was not feeling well. I dislike all of the Starbucks tea and majority of their drinks are filled with a disgusting amount of sugar. Their matcha is already pre sweetened so I opt to get hot water and add my own lemon or organic tea when I don’t have time to make it at home in the morning.

Extremely slow service, even when they're fully staffed and there's a normal amount of customers. Spent $7 on a latte that I waited 20 minutes for before I just had to leave. Stay away from this location if you have anywhere to be.

Blasting music and silly noisy. What happened to the days of being able to work from Starbucks?

If you want to pay $5 for a cup over flowing with ice and 2oz of liquid, Starbucks is the go to for cheap ingredients and ripping off customers.

Honestly I’m writing this because the manager Jon is always willing to make it better! I expressed to him that one of the baristas became irritated when I told them I ordered a venti not a tall. I was embarrassed because she was so annoyed that it had to be remade when it wasn’t my fault y to begin with. The reason I went in and spoke to the manager about it is because any interaction in the morning can set the mood for the day and that was not how I wanted to start my day. Jon took it seriously and remade my drink himself and then put me on the remake list. I work at banner which is right down the road so this location is convenient and I’d hate to change to a different one. Thank you Jon!!

I don't like the way the management is here. 2 times it happened where there was cinnamon put in my daughters coffee and she is ALLERGIC to cinnamon, the manager this last time said she will put me down for a remake, then i call to put in for the remake to get done and Marcus tells me it has already been made??? i never came in for it yet which tells me they DONT pay attention to who is coming in and claiming these remakes and how many remakes to they have to have made? Smh so frustrating. I go to this location because it is close but am thinking i need to find a new location to start going to.

The coffees made here are vastly different than any Ive received, mind you I’ve been to many in my long years, seems like the baristas here need more practice. I ask myself was the caramel frappe I just ordered always vibrant in color before or am I losing my sight?? Wont be back, the drive thru gave me the chills.

The Barista Gag was rude and had no personality and really doesn't seem to care if he wants to be serving customers. I'm in customer service and no matter what I try to treat others as I would like to be treated.

Service was bad. I ordered before a couple of people, and they gave them first than me, and after waiting for a while, somebody went to ask me which was my order, so I was mad they lost my order also the girls were talking to much so in little words bad service I don't think to camelback again in that location.
