The food, and drinks are amazing.. my only problem is the service, a man was working tonight.. most likely in his teens. And I simply asked for a vinti vanilla sweet cream cold brew with some caramel syrup. And there was absolutely no caramel in it.. we also asked for heavy cream, and none.. as well as the worker having a horrible attitude and tone.. besides that the drinks did taste amazing. We went through drive through.

One of the nicest and coziest Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to! I was greeted so warmly by Harry, who truly made my visit special. The drive-thru was quick, my drinks were made perfectly, and everything I wanted was in stock. I mentioned that I had been out of the country for a couple of months and that my rewards points had expired—and Harry was so kind and understanding, he even honored my free lemon loaf. That level of customer care really goes a long way!
The location is clean, the restrooms are spotless, the atmosphere is cozy with great art, and the staff is super friendly. This Starbucks really stands out for its service, quality, and warmth. Huge shout-out to Harry and the team—thank you for making my day!

Would give it a higher rating, except I watched a young girl, most likely just getting off of school, come in and ask for a glass of water. She was clearly in heat distress as it was like 105 outside and she looked like she didn't feel well. They told her no she couldn't have a glass of water and she left crying before any of this could even offer to get her anything. Do better.

Talk about terrible service. I came in to get my birthday drink after a workout. Was on the drive through ten minutes before closing, and nobody answer the call. I was about to leave and move forward when I heard the voice of a girl simply saying we’re closed. I told her I have been waiting and it’s not even close to closing time. They didn’t even bother answering if they were purposefully closing early that day. When I was leaving I could see them laughing, jumping and goofing around. Just a reflection of the poor management of this location. It’s ok if you closed early, simply answer to the customer that’s been waiting for a long time during open hours on the screen like an idiot. I then left and went to the site on Thomas and finally got my birthday drink with great customer service, clean store and a smile. Time stamps on the picture don’t lie. Lights were on, and it was open hours. They just gave zero cares. 9/4

Upon arrival at this location I knew my blood sugar was low and dropping i walked in and as I was approaching the counter I began to get dizzy and my vision started to fog. Immediately a young lady recognized something was wrong (Athena) and helped me to my seat with a few other employees all showing genuine compassion and empathy. They quickly provided me with something sweet to elevate my blood sugar. They took my order from my seat checking on me and my well being. I thanked them all and called corporate Immediately to express my positive experience during a negative situation. I am so grateful for them and the manager Miss. Leo who I stopped and commended for her staff. Never have I ever had the opportunity to give such a positive review.

Came to this location with my husband a couple days ago and service was absolutely terrible. Right away when I walked in the lady up front (Heather) rolled her eyes and walked away, it took about 10 minutes for her to finally come take our order and the attitude that we received was horrible. When our food finally was done another lady (Stephanie) tossed our sandwich and drinks on the desk seeming very annoyed. I then asked “is this for (my husbands name) and she said “well what does the name say?!” All aggressively. After all of this me and my husband still decided we would eat our food inside the Starbucks, the entire time we ate I would see these 2 ladies giggling and on their phones, I also noticed that every single time an order would come through they would get extremely upset. This was extremely frustrating as my husband and I were just looking for a nice place to sit and eat and instead were treated so poorly. If you don’t like your job then why work here? Extremely disappointed do better ladies! Starbucks needs to definitely look better into who they hire!😡

Heather and Stephanie were both EXTREMELY rude to me. They were super frustrating and hard to work with when ordering my drink they both have made me feel extremely stupid and laughed in my face they deserve to be talked to because the way they treat their customers is extremely foul. I’ve been to millions of Starbucks in the past and even the worst one I’ve ever been too has been better then this.

i walked in here and got the most sinister vibe…. i was treated so terrible and not welcomed at all, i won’t be going back here, i was met with lots of rude attitude and bad service, the two workers in there specifically treating me with terrible service were stephanie and heather. not good workers at all.
