I love this Starbucks so much. I go here usually before or during school to grab a quick coffee, they are very efficient and this one guy with glasses and braces (unsure of the name) is always extremely friendly and welcoming. I love the good vibes and the outstanding customer service from this man specifically but also the store in general seems great.
Been in customer service for 26 years first time I've been to a Starbucks where people seemed like they hated their job. Lady in the drive thru acted like she was doing me a favor and condescending. If you don't like what you do clearly the job is not the fit. Do yourself a favor, quit, don't make yourself and others miserable. 3/28/2024 8:48am. Please quit.

Waited almost ten minutes for my drink and as I waited I saw one of the lady's working the window licking her hands and then serving drinks. And she never washed her hands. I paid for an extra shot and my drink had mostly milk. The was on I like the extra shot. I

All I needed was a good frap with espresso because I had just walked a few miles after going to the gym before going home and starting work, but the associates working closed down the store and said only carsDoes that mean you only sell coffee to people who drive.That’s messed up and also discrimination. Your coffee is good and all but nothing Dutch bros can’t beat. I will never go to THIS starbucks again

Waited for 10 minutes until someone came up to the register to take my order. Even after making eye contact with an employee no one came to assist me until 4 other people were behind me . Very disappointed considering I almost couldn't order because I had places to be.
Staff was extremely friendly, restrooms were very clean, and my drink was made perfectly. I mostly appreciated the friendliness and speediness of staff when my kid and I rushed in needing to use the restroom.

They lock the doors to the cafe, so if you mobile order ahead of time you won’t know if you can quickly pick up your coffee or be trapped in their (extremely poorly placed) drive thru line for 10-15minutes.

Food and my drink was good, however the service could have been better. The drive-thru took forever and when I asked for napkins even that took the associate forever. I ended up just leaving without napkins for my sandwich.
It took way too long to get just 4 shots over ice period and the music inside and outside was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak. I typically like this starbucks and frequent it often. Today was a disaster.
