Im very disappointed with how my drink turned out more then once.
Shaken expressos should definitely NOT be packed so full with ice. I'm confused on how it even got shook with no room. I maybe got 5 drinks out of it and it was gone so quickly. Leaving me with a venti sized cup literally full all the way to the rim with ice. You guys definitely rip people off for sure.

I was in the store today 05/20/2025 around 1230 pm I ordered a medium sized ice coffee and I was sitting in the store, right when I had my second sips of coffee big fly was in my mouth. I did felt sick after and I did throughout in the Starbucks bathroom. I’m sure the camera in the store capture everything if the owner is interested to see. That was one of the most disgusting thing I’ve happened to me.

Just came here, got some Starbucks, I was going to travel a little further to a friends house so i asked for some stickers so it won’t drop and she said NO, it’s just for deliveries and not regular customers, just 1 dam stickers to stop it from spilling, mind you i just came from another Starbucks this morning and they have gave me some, it’s really stupid for you guys to deny this kind of little stuff. She was a girl. Also you could tell she just didn’t want to.

Not sure what the girl with orange hairs problem is with water. This is the ONLY Starbucks employee that seems to get so triggered when I ask for a venti water with my order. She’s never in a good mood and just seems to hate her job.
I buy several drinks and don’t see what the issue is with water. Sometimes she decides to give me a grande when I ask for a venti. Today it was a tall. Just go to the Starbucks on 32nd instead! The employees there are MUCH nicer and don’t have an issue with water lol.

I ordered a caramel frappuccino with extra caramel I do that every Wednesday and it's never made the same they don't know how to make coffee they're consistently I went back in and was told we made it right I will never go here again

This is automatically the worst Starbucks. They won't even let you use the restroom. Delivery driver nightmare. I absolutely do not feel safe even giving them a dollar. I hope that anyone refusing guests restroom use gets fired immediately. They've lost my respect. They've lost more customers. I'm sick of this.

I’ve been going to this store almost daily, ordering the exact same drink, for a year. I went through the drive through today to order my birthday drink and ask for a little more of the inclusions because there wasn’t as many as they normally put and the barista woman said that there was enough and when I asked for a little more she rolled her eyes and gave me the absolute least amount that she could just to be petty. I don’t appreciate her crappy attitude or the extremely poor way she handled the situation. She looked like she was older than most of the baristas I normally see and should be a little more mature and professional than that. Very disappointed in my experience today and especially for my birthday experience. Watch out for this store if they get your drink a little off because that attitude this women will give you to correct it is inexcusable.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I arrived as I often do, intending to place an order inside the café. However, the barista refused me entry, stating that the store wouldn’t open for another 30 minutes. This was problematic, as I rely on my job’s commuter program and needed to catch my bus to work. I politely asked if I could place a mobile order or use the drive-thru on foot—both of which were declined.

A few minutes later, I noticed a white man inside the café, waiting for his order. The same barista had let him in, despite claiming that the store was not yet open. There is no doubt in my mind that I was unfairly stereotyped and denied service due to assumptions about my appearance. I was dressed in business casual attire, yet I was still treated as though I were part of the local homeless population—simply because of my hairstyle and the fact that I was carrying my laptop bag.

To make matters worse, I am three months pregnant and had not eaten breakfast yet. Being denied service not only left me hungry but also added unnecessary stress to my morning. I am an educated Black woman and a paying customer who deserved the same respect and service as anyone else. To be treated this way—especially by another woman of color—is unacceptable and disheartening.

No one should experience discrimination, especially in a company that claims to value inclusivity and diversity. Starbucks needs to do better.
