My friend and I were absolutely parched after an intense session of feminist literature. We walked in and the atmosphere grabbed us immediately. Ordered two performative MATCHAS, and honestly? The service matched the vibe—dramatically performative in the best way. Would definitely return. 10/10 😼

Went in for a morning treat as a first timer, I was greeted & helped right away. Store manager was very friendly & helpful. Everyone was really nice & cashier even offered recommendations when I asked! Will return!

I take the bus/walk, but today (a rainy day) this location shut down to be drive through only. This really could have messed up my morning. Luckily, Garden Coffee was open up the way.

This is my closest Starbucks so I prefer this location for convenience. I have plenty of local choices though there are like 20 Starbucks locations within 10 miles of me. However this location is the best. The staff are always so nice and the location is clean and well kept. They also make my drink correctly, which isn’t a big deal to most but to me it’s huge. I’ve been getting the same drink for 17 years and that’s why it’s a big deal that they can make it. Other locations don’t mix it right and idk how it’s a simple order. Cinnamon dolce no whip. I work in customer service so I know that corporate looks at these reviews and I wanted them to see that this location is top tier!

Pride flag hanging loud and proud. I ask my 5 year old niece to tell “her” what she would like. The lady corrected us and told us her pronouns without us asking or caring. Apparently my niece was supposed to know to call one person they/them. This is confusing and unprofessional. My niece thought she did something wrong. She didn’t

Waited 15 minutes and was given wrong drink then had nerve to make my drink again where I had to wait again and charge me 33cents difference! I said it should be comped for your mistake plus making me late for work and she insisted on 33 cents more with smug on her face. I’m a regular but Never again!

What a wonderful place to refresh yourself with an expresso, a tea or order a protein box full of goodies to satisfy your taste buds. Great service. Drive through the bomb. This Starbucks stands above the norm. Thanks for serving so well and friendly!

I swear every time I come here on a Saturday morning my drink is always messed up. I just paid eight dollars for raspberry flavored water!! ordered black tea with lemonade and raspberry syrup. Can’t taste the tea can’t taste the lemonade. I only taste a slight hint of raspberry and water. What a waste of money!!

I went in today trying to order at the drive thru, and waited for like 2 min no one took my order. than went to order at the window and the lady working there told me that she was talking, but was not true and after that she said that she took the order person’s order and I could go back and order again however I didn’t have time for that she was kinda rude about it, lady was wearing glasses and curly black hair not wearing Starbucks apron.. very upset about this incident I always order from this specific Starbucks I visited the Starbucks drive-thru today, hoping to place an order. However, I waited for about two minutes without anyone taking my order. Frustrated, I decided to go to the window to order. The lady working there informed me that she was talking, but this was not the case. She then admitted that she had taken the order of the car behind me. that I could return to place another order. However, I was too busy to do so. Her attitude was somewhat rude,and she was not wearing the Starbucks apron, she had glasses and black curly hair!!
I was very upset about this incident. I have always been a loyal customer of this Starbucks location, but I will no longer be ordering from them. but won’t continue to order anymore here
