They are understaffed so there’s no way to go into this Starbucks…only drive-through. When you come up to the store main entrance doesn’t work and there’s a sign to use side entrance, when you use side entrance they say to go to drive-through so it’s a pity this Starbucks isn’t really open.

The last time I went here. They locked the front door because they were shorthanded. However they should not have done that for people who were picking up only. They could have placed a note on the door.

I stopped by earlier this week and the lobby was closed. I tried again today and they had a sign up that the lobby is still closed and they’re only serving people in their drive through. So, if you can’t use their drive through, you’re just out of luck. This is the same place that doesn’t have any seating inside their lobby or outside. I love Starbucks, but I won’t be even trying to go here anymore.

As always I definitely enjoy a good Starbucks coffee to just start the day off right, this is one of my favorite locations to make apart of that start to my day as well! The staff is awesome and very helpful as well as professional. They take pride in their work and it surely shows! If you haven’t been to this location yet check it out you won’t regret it!4/5 stars!!!

Not sure why the staff can’t throw a sign on the door or in front of the door stating the inside is closed? On a weekly basis (pretty sure daily at this point) they close the inside without turning off the online ordering so people order and expect to not have to wait in a huge drive thru line for an order already done. Unfortunately today happened to be the day a gentlemen was kicked out of the inside part just so they could shut the doors and work out of the drive thru? Based on recent reviews, I would say i’m one of many who will be ignored for their horrible service

It sucks do not go to this location. Too slow. They do not even look at the mobile orders. Too busy socializing amongst themselves and a local. Only 1 employee hussling and the others are just socializing.

I'm not sure what to say. Starbucks is consistently good from location to location. I recently started getting coffee ubered to me from this location and it's been consistently terrible. My coffee is either completely water or wrong. I don't know why. My husband ordered a Chai and he got a regular coffee. After switching to a new location our orders have been normal. I don't know if maybe there is someone there that is new .. but the last 2 months of ordering there my mint mocha has just been water with a hint of coffee and chocolate. I had to unfortunately switch to a different location recently after having given this place several shots. I'm sorry I hate leaving bad reviews but maybe someone will become aware and make proper changes to whatever is happening.
