It sucks do not go to this location. Too slow. They do not even look at the mobile orders. Too busy socializing amongst themselves and a local. Only 1 employee hussling and the others are just socializing.

I'm not sure what to say. Starbucks is consistently good from location to location. I recently started getting coffee ubered to me from this location and it's been consistently terrible. My coffee is either completely water or wrong. I don't know why. My husband ordered a Chai and he got a regular coffee. After switching to a new location our orders have been normal. I don't know if maybe there is someone there that is new .. but the last 2 months of ordering there my mint mocha has just been water with a hint of coffee and chocolate. I had to unfortunately switch to a different location recently after having given this place several shots. I'm sorry I hate leaving bad reviews but maybe someone will become aware and make proper changes to whatever is happening.

This is usually a wonderful location, but I walked in today and it was under construction and I couldn't tell if part of it was open and the guys doing the work were a**h****. I asked if there was a sign somewhere, they claimed there was on the door and that it was online, non of which I could find. I was here 2 weeks ago and no one said a word about it and no signs were up about the up coming renovations.So just incase anyone cares I'm posting the licence plate of the guys doing the construction, so people know not to use these guys because Starbucks has just lost my business after not supervising and hiring people who were just nasty.

I’m taking two stars away for the management of this store choosing to make it terribly inconvenient! First they restricted the driveway forcing you to drive into the plaza parking lot, then to make it all the more worth your trouble, they close the lobby at 2pm!!! Supposedly for safety??? I don’t know how the regional manager is allowing this to happen, but whatever it’s their loss of business and profitability.Parking: Parking troubles are in my review
You don't get any more capitalist American than $13 for a plastic cup of chocolate flavor ice cubes blendepops. topped w. Whipped cream and 2 mini ice cream scooped sized cake pops.Drink was literally undeniable as it wasn't properly blended throughly... and the straw immediately broke, making sipping virtually impossible, but on the upside the cake pops were delicious but for $6 you may as well bake a full sized cake at home and buy coffee to blend and make at home as well.Save your money.

Well, we arrived at 6pm Fri to walk in the counter area and the doors were locked. There was not a sign indicating early hours. I looked in and there were only 2 employees working. They tried the best they could. Because they were in a hurry, it was less foamy than usual. The drive thru was not the atmosphere I was looking for. Hopefully, the scheduling dept will be better.
