This used to be my all-time favorite Starbucks to go to, not so much anymore. They always seem to get my drink incorrectly.(the past 3weeks) I order a drink that taste Like banana bread. I ask for the banana protein cold foam, which I never get.(idk if they think I’m dumb and can’t tell the difference) I asked for cinnamon on top which I never get and I ask for it all to be put in a Venti cup due to the fact that I know it is a really big order and it will not fit in any other cup, but a Venti !! I ordered this drink quite often at every Starbucks I go to and for some reason, this is the only one that always seems to get it incorrectly, lately!!! I’m tired of spending my money on incorrect drinks, especially on the Banana protein cold foam that’s $2 itself and only get regular cold foam smh

Always and often do I stop at this location for my jump start in the morning for my girlfriend and myself…and today very disappointed at the service given today. Understanding it’s busy and be patient through the drive thru…service was rushed and disrespectful…Starbucks rewards scanner didn’t work then ignored after asking for a sleeve for a hot cup of coffee. Understand the wait and scanner down but being ignored and pushed along when asking for sleeve for my cup is very disrespectful.

Was bad I am a regular customer and last Sunday I just need to used the bathroom and they said no only if I order something I said whaaaaaats this is the first time happen me the worst thing was that the bathroom was nasty they don't clean and is supposed to used only people that make purchase the bathroom has to be cleaned. So I had to buy something and used the bathroom so is no nice.

i go to this starbucks quite often considering it's the closest one to me. i always and i mean ALWAYS leave disappointed. the baristas are rude, mess up your order and don't care to even fake being kind. the manager is the worst.
