I put in a mobile order drive thru pick up at 4:30am today 6/9/25 like i always do every morning during the week. I pulled in the drive thru (i was the only car in the drive thru) told the barista i was picking up a mobile order (Mind you i wasn’t even in a rush to receive my drink i don’t mind waiting) The barista rudely told me “Next time you put in a mobile order do it more ahead of time so we have time to make it” with such an attitude. I get it they are opening at 4am but some of the baristas at this location are so rude and give you the dirtiest looks and never smile. I won’t ever be coming back to this location again
I love the new summer skies drink I get it with mocha cold foam and pink drink as well with mocha cold foam anyways it was great
I like to order my cold brew drinks this starbuck on my way to work.
I went in for 3 dollar promo deal and the Manager changed the price to less I wasn't able to receive my 3☆ reward points. The strawberry ingredients was less at the bottom.
Service was wonderful and was allowed to bring in my service puppy
Very disappointed in the service that I received and also observed with other customer interactions. After making a purchase, we also wanted a water. I waited more than 5 minutes (the store was not busy) and I watched as three employees busied themselves with other things — I think they were hoping I would forget about the water. I asked again, and finally another coworker (after taking her time) provided me with a water. Having been part of the Starbucks family for more than 10 years, i was taken aback by the lack of customer service.
Rude customer service
The girl Dessy is ALWAYS RUDE! She has a snotty attitude. She snatched my personal cup out of my hand. Tried to lift the holder when I was getting it back and when I said have a nice day she just closed the window. Every single time she rude as hell. NOT THE VIBE. Very poor customer service!

Made an order for the Frappuccino it took them 20 min to do it after they served everyone who was behind me
Also ordered cake pop and sandwich,give them 100$ they telling me they don’t have change ,but that the only payment I had
After repeating me 3 times ,manager come in and easy changing it.
After 5 min they telling me they don’t have cake pop cos they sold it to drive through order
After speaking with a manager she telling me I give you refund whatever.After me saying I don’t need a refund I just wanna be served on time.No smile,super rude.Starbucks is dying as a business

I was greeted with "what do you want" by desire . Because I came in for some free water for me and my 2 year old child. For a second time along with some popcorn. Jhon the manager explained to me Because I wasn't buying anything they didn't have to give me any good customer service . I called cooperate and made a complaint as well I'm highly disgusted with Starbucks after spending so much money on their services to be treated as if I were less than. (Afternoon crew 2:00pm)
