The girl Dessy is ALWAYS RUDE! She has a snotty attitude. She snatched my personal cup out of my hand. Tried to lift the holder when I was getting it back and when I said have a nice day she just closed the window. Every single time she rude as hell. NOT THE VIBE. Very poor customer service!

Made an order for the Frappuccino it took them 20 min to do it after they served everyone who was behind me Also ordered cake pop and sandwich,give them 100$ they telling me they don’t have change ,but that the only payment I had After repeating me 3 times ,manager come in and easy changing it. After 5 min they telling me they don’t have cake pop cos they sold it to drive through order After speaking with a manager she telling me I give you refund whatever.After me saying I don’t need a refund I just wanna be served on time.No smile,super rude.Starbucks is dying as a business

I was greeted with "what do you want" by desire . Because I came in for some free water for me and my 2 year old child. For a second time along with some popcorn. Jhon the manager explained to me Because I wasn't buying anything they didn't have to give me any good customer service . I called cooperate and made a complaint as well I'm highly disgusted with Starbucks after spending so much money on their services to be treated as if I were less than. (Afternoon crew 2:00pm)

The batista/cashier at 7th Ave. and Roosevelt was absolutely horrible!!!! She was rude, rude, rude! She was NOT helpful! I do NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered & paid thru app (waited to tip in cash) didn't spend much for 1st time in long time and so happy I didn't. I walked into lobby, where I grabbed a greasy door, actually dropping the door back onto my own hand, and walked up where my drink sat ready. No one in the store except for a "homeless man" laying across a bench and chair behind a table in the corner. A large coffee spill on the counter where I picked up my drink while I stepped over several pieces of garbage laying on the floor, tables, and counter, including empty cups, straws, and napkins As I walked out, I asked if they had the Potato Chive Bake, I was told "No." I proceeded to leave and say and remark on how filthy the store was, and it would be nice if someone would clean it up. As I got in my car to back up, I watched as they scrambled inside to clean the store. It was disgusting. I frequent this store at least 5-7 times per month, and I've never seen it look like this, and if I had, I would had not been back and I will not at this hour again. 2:30pm. About that cash tip... I took it back with me. I'll give it to the busy breakfast crew who deserves it.
