I had a horrible experience this morning with a young man at the counter who worked there. I believe his name was Daniel but I may be wrong (dark hair, Hispanic). I ordered my everyday drink (frap, oat milk). I didn’t realize it was sitting there because it had whipped cream. After asking me what I was waiting on and me telling him, he proceeds to rudely tell me it was already sitting there. I explained I didn’t order whip cream he argued with me to see how I ordered my drink before they remade it. A lovely young woman overheard and asked to help me. She then proceeds to tell him that the drink is not made with whip cream and that it was their mistake. She then remade it while he steadily talks under his breath that he wasn’t the one who made it. Then he just says “here’s your remake”. No apology or anything. I’m so disappointed because this is my go to Starbucks. Not how I wanted to start my day. He definitely needs customer service training!

The ice drinks taste to watery and another thing I noticed is the employees will try to make you tip$$ them at the drive through... I'm not tipping unless I go inside but at the drive through? Are you serious???? Everyday I watch them to its costumes in the drive through but other Starbucks locations don't do that...Addition to that they suck at making drinks and most of them got attitudes.

Very dirty inside and the inside of their restrooms, did not even want to stay to drink our drinks here. Rude employees for being Starbucks, first and last time visiting this location.

!!No outlets to charge laptops!!!.The drinks were great, the only issue is that the lobby has all of the electrical outlets covered w/ metal plate.

I had just regular coffee which was lukewarm. The strawberry cream capachino had no flavor. And the cashier was very nasty. She did not give me a receipt. And she act like she got upset when I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee.

The coffee is really bad, I ordered a caramel machiado and it didn't taste like anything. I don't know what's going on with the Starbucks, they are making terrible coffee, they are also putting a lot of ice in the glasses. My coffee didn't even say my name, like they don't want to work after I waited for them to serve me there was my coffee and I was waiting for it and it was ready and they hadn't notified me..
