The girl was really mean
Bad costumer service today afternoon 6/8/25. I asked nicely for a drink she did wrong and answered me with a bad attitude and the coffee was horrible !
Safeway
Jennifer was so sweet! She was alone and super busy, but she made our drinks perfectly with a smile
Starbucks is a joke now! They tried to charge me .50 to blend my drink twice, just wow!!! Pushing the button to blend the drink an extra 3 seconds is apparently a labor intensive task. I canceled a big order and they lost 8 customers for life.update: to the manager response... stop trying to act like this is a one off instance that won't happen again if I call in to speak with you. I already know this is the new corporate policy.

Today is release day for certain Starbucks cups, I came to this location because they had them on display. A customer grabbed and purchased 6 at a time with no problems and left none for anyone else. I asked an employee if they had anymore and he said, “yes, we have a full box in the back. I’ll go grab them.” He comes back and said, “My Manager said I can’t touch those because they’re on hold for people.” Letting resellers purchase 6 at a time is unfair and having cups on hold for people is even more unfair and should not be allowed. Employee apologized and didn’t agree with the Managers decision either.
I came to this store since they had them on display because it was release day for particular Starbucks cups. A buyer easily grabbed and purchased six at a time, leaving none for anyone else. "Yes, we have a full box in the back," an employee answered when I asked whether they had any more. I'm going to go get them." "My Manager said I can't touch those since they're on hold for customers," he says when he returns. Allowing resellers to purchase six cups at a time is unequal, and placing cups on hold for customers is even more unequal. Employee apologized and expressed dissatisfaction with the Manager's choice.

Horrible customer service didn't let me purchase cups because he said they were the manager but clearly they were out on the shelves

Good service. The technicians know what they are doing.
Came shopping at frys and wanted a frappuccino but recently became vegan and Shannon was so sweet and very helpful, took her time to look up what I could have. She looked super busy as well, I’m very happy she was able to help me. Thank you Shannon!
They are so nice and kind , best customer service ??
Can't mess this up
Compared to other Starbucks, this one has some of the laziest Starbucks workers I’ve ever seen. You’ll be lucky to see more than 1 server behind the register. You’re also at the mercy of the only worker at the register if they are alone. They seem to deliberately move slow and give a rude and annoyed glare if you ask them basic questions. It’s always been the women workers, never the males.
