If your merchandise is 75% off then you sell it at 75% off. I don’t care what the “computer “ says. I don’t care the manager went home to Surprise. The sign says 75% off. That’s what you sell it for. This is not higher level math. Walked away. You can keep the stuff. Teach your employees basic math

Quick && fast service! Chelsea was my barista she always greats me with a smile and positive attitude. I Always wait for her to make my drinks. I had bad experience with another barista named Adrian she wasn't knowledgeable on the drinks and very slow.

I’ve been really disappointed lately with the service at this Starbucks. The only time it’s a good experience is when Elizabeth is working.I ordered ice coffee and another barista was starting my order, the other lady behind the counter asked her a question and my barista left my order unfinished to assist another customer. I waited at least 5 minutes for her to return to my order. I guess she forgot me and the other lady had to finish making my order. It was handed to me, overflowing with coffee and cream. These two ladies today seemed very incompetent and scatterbrained. I think I’ll just wait for Elizabeth next time.

Got here at 4:50 pm. Three people behind the counter. It says they are suppose to be open till 7:00pm. No excuse they told me. Tjey just said they were closed. Not the first time. Going to write corporate just happens to many times now

I honestly had the WORST experience at this Starbucks today. The baristas name was Adrian and she was extremely rude and SLOW. I can’t tell you how long I waited for two drinks to be made. She absolutely cannot listen to what you’re ordering because it’s all wrong. My venti shaken espresso with cold foam was more cold foam than it was anything else. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. There is no way she looked at that venti cup with MOSTLY cold foam and thought “mmm, that looks good”. What a joke.
