I get it drink from this location multiple time the Venti dragon drink. I asked them to put extra dragon dry fruit in that they charge me extra but they never put extra dry fruit in that and when you pay for five bucks six bucks your drink they ask you to tip them as well that’s ridiculous.

Terrible hospitality, every other Starbucks I’ve been too have had no problem giving a cup of water out without having to purchase any product, I had car issues and needed water and went in hoping to get a cup of water but said I had to buy something to get water, giving water isn’t gonna hurt the employees or the store financially

Didn’t give me a free cup of water. June 19, 2025 11:40am. Look it up its literally 100° out right now. Im not stinky or dirty so its not like im scaring away customers. They just followed the rules like robots. That kid has no common sense. I hope he is never denied a cup of water. I shop here very often and its a shame that i cant even get a cup of water.

This is my go-to location, regardless of it being out of my way to work. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Karl. Although I don’t see him in the drive-thru often, during the few times I have, he’s taken the time to remember both my name and my regular order. That level of attention makes me feel genuinely recognized and valued,truly top-notch service. All of the baristas provide excellent service, but Karl has really stood out.

All three employees I interacted with were extremely kind and attentive! For as many teens that frequent this location I can't say I wasn't surprised by their good attitude and overall positive energy! If I remembered I'd shout out the girl who took my order because she honestly made my day better and I was so grateful! ❤️

I went in for $3 promo drink and the manger changed the price for less I wasn't able to receive my 3☆ reward points. I received less strawberry 🍓 ingredient at the bottom.

So pissed off. I online ordered my drink with a marshmallow bar. They made my drink and left it on the counter, but communicated nothing about my bar. I asked the girl at the register if they were out all she did was nod. Gave me zero options to get something else, a refund, a coupon- ANYTHING. So stupid and so rude. The staff all stands around literally doing jack shit. I understand that the online system may not always accurately reflect the available product. But to not even leave a note saying “we’re out of this” on the order sticker and giving any options for remediation is ridiculous. This is my home/ comfort starbucks- i am here religiously week after week. Looks like its time to head to another spot- I will literally never come back here again. Lastly I will note that a marshmallow bar is like 2 dollars but the complete lack of care that my money resulted in NOTHING GAINED. Yeah no. Never coming back here.

Staff is always so rude here. It’s usually the girls too. I try to avoid this Starbucks and we decided to go again and you guys just reminded me why I stopped coming to this location. And it’s not that hard to get the correct items. Bakery items are ALWAYS forgotten and then they ask me if I need anything else when they open the window back up again like UH YES my bakery items?! Lol

I can’t comment on food as the staff chose to close the lobby 25+ minutes before closing with multiple groups trying to get in, hide behind machines, and look the other way before making paper signs say lobby is closed but to use the drive thru. The problem is all parties walked over from an event across the street so the drive thru was not an option. So instead of generating sales and working a full shift, staff chose to close early and leave customers out in the cold. I hope whatever plans they had were worth ignoring customers.
