They are pretty racist at this establishment. Waited 5 minutes for them to take my order. Extra 10 minutes to get it done. When a few white folks walked in they got attended a minute or less. And less before me. Horrible experience. Will not be coming back.
I mean it's Starbucks, they're national and often number 1.. staff is friendly place is clean, menu is affordable.. I'm at this location at least twice a week. My usual venti Caramel

Used drive thru. Pulled to window. Got my drink, pulled the straw out of the paper rolled it up in a tiny ball. Asked the young lady to throw this away please while she handed me my change. She sternly told me she doesn't take trash. I said it's from the straw you just gave me. "I can't take trash". Since you don't provide trashcans for your drive thru customers I dumped it on the ground which is what I wanted to avoid. Please explain to me if this is new policy and what you hope to achieve?
Try the medicine ball drink for a head cold! Works wonders on a winter day!

Large-ish open style coffee shop with large covered outdoor seating and plenty of parking. Seating includes long table with power strips under, small tables&chairs, and a couch(i think). Staff is engaging and speedy. 2 generic tidy bathrooms.
