This Starbucks closes its lobby due to staffing not available or just not coming in you first need to turn off your in store pick up cause lobby is closed and you have to sit in drive thru this way people know they will have to sit in the drive thru (which when they do this it is terrible long lines in the drive thru)

why does management continue to let genesis work the drive thru window? she’s horrible. it’s literally a joke with my friends and family who live in the neighborhood how nasty this girl’s attitude is, yet they continue to let her be customer facing. i avoid even going to this store in the mornings just to avoid this brat. it’s like she goes out of her way to be as rude as possible.

The time it took to recieve my Frappuccino was 10 while they completely blew out the drive thru line. Starbucks used to be a good establishment now its gone to the weirdos who are condescending smug and slow. Please get a job that teaches you life lessons if you think making coffee is

I got coffee today and who ever the woman was with the long thick dark hair this morning 12/07/23 does not know how to make coffee, I got a caramel tasted like water and warm milk, I disputed the charge with my bank for this nonsense, retrain your baristas please.

Extremely long lines. Only one person working. And the double charged me for my drink. Usually 3.35 Just paid 5.35. They said cause it the location. Go down the street to actual Starbucks where they make the drink right. Took about 15 minutes to get the drink, which was wrong and apparently there are to many people here in line to fix it. Talk about management problems. ?
