I regretted giving a tip at this location. Next time I’d choose hot water at home than ordering caffe mocha at this location. They literally gave me a water and with powder in it.

This location everytime I go has the worst customer service skills ever. I figure everytime I go back no it is just that day the next time I go will be better and it's not. They have no idea what customer service skills are and need to be retrained or loss there jobs. There was no one inside when I went inside and when I went thru the drive thru there was only 2 cars behind me. Don't go to this one.
Kid-friendliness: They don't have any at this location. No issues at any other just this one. Really disappointed.

We made our drinks incorrectly. There’s copious amounts of cinnamon in my iced brown sugar shaken espresso. There’s not even supposed to be cinnamon inside it.

Absolutely the worst starbucks I have ever been to. They got my drink wrong initially and when i asked them to fix it, they seemed unhappy with that. My stomach is hurting now, the environment was very gothy and unwelcoming. Never coming back here again

Definitely gone downhill. There is much better coffee in the valley. Do yourself a favor and look around for coffee.
