I came in to get my drink and I had asked for no whip but when I came in it had whipped cream on top so I politely and calmly told the barista that it’s supposed to be no whip.
And generally I feel anywhere else would have remade it. I’m not looking for free coffee, I wouldn’t have even taken the wrong drink.
But all the barista did was scrape some of the whip cream off and then gave it back to me. I’m pretty sure there is still whipped cream inside the drink.
I’m lactose intolerant and whip cream really bothers my stomach. So I can’t even really drink this now.
I didn’t want to be a bother since the barista didn’t seem to want to bother with me. So I just said thanks and left.

i’ve been here several times. they always have the absolute worst customer service and the longest wait times. they’re severely understaffed which isn’t the workers fault but should be noted

You don't even need a description to know why you shouldn't go here, just look at the other reviews, I should have listened.
I came in to get my usual order and had to use the restroom first, the lady demanded I make my purchase first, will not return to this location.

This location is usually very busy, or backed up in the drive through so I calculate that into the time when I go there. But the quality of the food and drinks is always just right.

If you’re in a morning time schedule, skip this spot, 20+ min wait for a drink and the staff is not helpful . Also drink was not correct . I’ve given them 3 chances to make sure it wasn’t just a bad day , but each time the same disappointment.

I came by this Starbucks yesterday morning. I know Starbucks has a new thing where they write messages on peoples cups, and I am hoping that it’s all an honest mistake just a mislabeled drink. My coffee was certainly not a black coffee I had ordered pumpkin and oat milk. But I would suggest perhaps keeping a more watchful eye on the messages left for people. Maybe inside the baristas are joking around, etc, but it could be something bad if messages like this without context get delivered to people coming by.

I went this morning trying to get a custom drink on the drive thru and the worker immediately said it needed to be a base drink like “Frappuccino or something like that” which my drink wasn’t any drink that is on the menu (very easy drink by the way) didn’t let me even finish and just said “can you just come inside and order” didn’t even try to pay attention or anything i obviously left because i was heading to work and did t have time to park and get off. AWFUL service no patience at all, if I could I would give 0 starts

My local starbucks had no more matcha!!! And the drive to this one was property, my favorite idea of the day. My Iced matcha was made to perfection! I wouldn't mind making the extra drive out for my nicely crafted beverage. Thank you, and thank you!!! Didn't even have to bring up matcha from the bottom of my cup, LOL 🤩

Coffee, coffee, coffee.

I got the $3 drink coupon in my Starbucks app in the middle of a rough shift at 6:09am. Of course I got coffee when I got off work! They were very nice, there was a line of about three or so cars in front of me but it didn't take long. Reasonable coffee making time, I would say, lol! They were very polite and wrote thanks! on my cup (I like when places write stuff or a smiley face! It's cute) I got a hazelnut vanilla iced latte with whip and mocha drizzle and it was amazing
