went in at approx. 11am Friday, March 8th 2024.no seating!!! don't bother bringing your special needs child who has to sit while eating... we bought food and coffee, there's one corner table with 2 chairs "unavailable to the public". I figured, my son is 4, they will have compassion and understanding that he needs to sit while eating. boy was I wrong! I hate to say this but the **overweight** employee literally screamed at us from across the restaurant to "get up! you can't sit there!" wow, just wow!let's everyone try to have some compassion and understanding for paying customers that have special needs kids, please!?!? completely unprofessional. and I will say, I did flip her the bird when we left. sorry, not sorry.

As most starbucks i had no issues. Evened with the line being long, they moved through it fast, and the order was accurate.

Weird hours for the lobby, and even if you place a mobile order you have to wait in line in the drive-thru to pick it up. This is unacceptable

6:30am I'm trying pick up Uber order you fools have your doors lock maybe don't accept online orders if you can't have your doors open No one in the right mind wants to sit in long line waiting!

Come here often till recently. My birthday came I've had the app for years and they wouldn't give me my birthday drink. 2 weeks later my car breaks down at 7:30 this morning i had to walk a bit to even find a warm place waiting for a tow. (High way turnlane) i get there and let them know I'm waiting for my ride, everything was fine then a manager came and told me im loitering by waiting in the lobby and I can't be in there. Like so i have to wait outside with my 5 month old child in 48 degree weather while i wait for a ride that's not even 10 minutes away?! Needless to say I'm done with this Starbucks they have done nothing for me for the amount of times i come here ( almost every week)

No seating and no bathrooms in feb 2024 because of covid 19? I understand the lobby and bathrooms are easier to clean at the end of the day but what about customer service?

Horrible customer service, Erica the manager is horrible. We placed a mobile order for 2 ice teas then pulled in the drive thru there was 2 cars ahead of us she said hopefully when we pull up to the window it would be ready. We pull around she said it was not ready and we would have to wait in front I asked her if we would have ordered when we pulled up if it would be ready she said “yes. Because you ordered wrong you will have to wait” I said we can wait right here and put the car in park as I know it’s just ice tea and with how slow they looked would take less then a min to make. Then she said she will call the police on us since we won’t go park in the front. Which I laughed at And she got very hostile asking if we wanted the tea we would need to go pull around and park.”I will be calling and making a formal complaint. A woman like that should not be the manager.

I walked into the store as I was waiting for a mechanic nearby. No seating, no bathrooms. I feel for the staff as it is not their decision but corp. Sad but I walked back out. Starbucks, just close the store and make it a drive thru only.

I walked to this store from chevy dealer after dropping off a vehicle they wouldn't let me in to order drink all 3 employees looked at me and said nothing and would open doors so I went to LaMars donnut shop and was welcomedWill most likely never go back to this Starbucks

Stopped at this location to get a mobile order. I am handed my 3 drinks in a cup holder all without stoppers. I ask her for stoppers and she hands me the paper covers and says I can put them on myself. As I attempt to do so the drinks splash and spill out and falls down the sleeve of my sweater. She sits there and watches me struggle with the cups to put the paper tabs on that she handed me. And when I told her the drink spilled on me and if she could help she then told me she could just hand me napkins but she was not allowed to help put the stoppers on the drinks once she handed them through the window. I can’t comprehend the lack of customer service and common sense this individual didn’t have. My arm and hand were soaked in hot liquid and it wasn’t enough for her to help. What a joke this place is.

Really bad customer service and rude manager. Can you believe they have the audacity to close the washrooms but they're happy to take your money and turn into a multi-billion dollar..??? Is this what Howard Schultz built?? We stopped to buy breakfast and coffee for entire family and we're on the road for over 2 hours from Sedona to Phoenix and then these washrooms are closed for kids just because they don't want to spend money to clean!!! Boycott!!!!
