Ordered a venti Carmel frappe with 2 blonde affogato shots in the drive thru. Was down the street before I realized there was no affogato shots! Frustrating when you pay extra for something and don't receive it. Disappointing.

I was very disappointed to hear that espresso frapps are no longer available. I lived for those on Sundays. It's what made my Sunday complete. Now I'm stuck drinking a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, which is no Espresso frapp. In other words, I don't like it, and it's not happiness. Unacceptable on all levels! It saddens me that Starbucks doesn't really care about what the people want. They don't care about the inconvenience. Nothing against the staff, they're very good people, but they had to deliver the unfortunate news. Shame on Starbucks. It won't be the same anymore. I'll have to find a place that can accommodate me better.

They always get my drinks wrong. Every time I drive away Iâm always frustrated because my drink is wrong or they gave me someoneâs order instead of mine and itâs just a headache. I have 2 kids I go to the drive through for a reason and me having to get off is ridiculous.

I have never did an review on Starbuck until now and I had to go all the way back just to get her name to see who made my drink for me and (INGRID) you are the best I been all over the world literally 35 states and you actually made my day with the coffee I will be calling corporate asap asap
you deserve a pay raise and I mean asap

I waited in the drive thru 30+ minutes for one coffee!!! When I asked the guy why it took so long and that I had spotted my coffee just sitting on the counter he made this face and refused to get me a manager. They werenât even that busy they were just pacing around doing nothing with all these drinks just sitting on the counter without handing them out, the blonde guy with a stache and Hispanic lady were rude and closed the window and wouldnât come to it to address the situation or get me a manager he just mentioned Xavier is the manager and to come inside if I wanted to talk to someone else. Ridiculous place with rude staff.
Why have it say it closes at 8pm if youâre going to shut down everything at 7:52pm.

I am giving this Starbucks a 1/5 stars because I asked for whipped cream yes WHIPPED CREAM and he said NO like what sorry but huh. He would not give me whipped cream for my poor puppies And me so rude

This store is loud, the music is on high, so disruptive during my meeting, we won't come back here...our clients where yelling to be heard over the music. Attendant refused to turn it down... typical

The manager with brown hair and glasses. First off, she will not give out water to anyone who needs it which should be illegal in Arizona. And then the other problem is I'm pretty sure she soiled herself like completely. Really bad.

I waited 18 minutes for a coffee that was made incorrectly & EXTRA HOT⊠I called the Starbucks corporate, they refunded me and gave me a $30 credit. Thank you!
