I waited 18 minutes for a coffee that was made incorrectly & EXTRA HOT… I called the Starbucks corporate, they refunded me and gave me a $30 credit. Thank you!

Terrible experience. They were understaffed and behind on everything. Kept focusing only on the drive through and not also on those who ordered in store. I waited over 20 minutes for my drinks, and they were not good about calling out my name when it was ready.

I wouldn't even give this place a one. So I came in today and was checking out the new cups they had. Displayed by the front counter they had 50% of cups that I wanted to buy. The guy at the counter thought I grabbed them from the display and the pregnant lady told him no they are 50% off. With my cups I got 2 tall java chip one with no whip cause my daughter is allergic when I told the girl making the drinks she scooped the whip off and left some on top. I then told I ordered it with no whip for a reason and if I wanted it scooped off I could have done that myself. The three working the front was very RUDE. Once I started to walk out the pregnant girl decided to taunt us by yelling bye and waving her hand dismissing us. After I went back to give a piece of my mind and some words I felt was right at the time. She made threats to call the police I will never in my life go back to this Starbucks or any Starbucks ever!! I will let ever one I know to go DUNKIN The service is way better and you get more for your money. We mess up an order is gonna be fix. So may people lack Customer service its sad.

I went through the drive-thru and quickly placed my order for two drinks and a pastry. When I reached the window, I paid, but there was no greeting—just straight to the payment, which I understand during the morning rush. After I paid, the young lady handed me my drinks without saying "thank you" or "have a good day." She then closed the drive-thru window, and I was left waiting for my pastry. After a few moments, she asked, “Are you waiting on something?” I replied, “Yes, I’d like the pastry I ordered and paid for.” It took about five minutes for them to bring it out. My suggestion is that if they forget something with your order, honk instead of waiting like I did because they’ll quickly close the drive-thru window and ignore you.

Waited over 10 minutes at the counter not in line to make an order the girl at the register was mixing some drink while handling money from the customer that was in front of me and also answering phones and various other tiling's while never washing her hands I asked to speak to a manager after 7 minutes of standing there but they where to busy to see what was going on in the store!

This location has closed off one of its public bathroom for employees only. Bathrooms are calculated on location size and I would be very surprised if the corporate office authorized this. I wait and waited needing to go to the bathroom while one set unoccupied and unavailable to customers. This needs to be addressed. Not customer friendly or side location size appropriate for only 1 restroom since the employee need their OWN restroom even though it effects business!

One of the three employees at night felt like stereo typing me in particular after I asked to use the restroom. There was no line behind me as well. I spent a total of 5 and a half mo minutes trying to go, with the door being knocked on every minute and a half and a rude remark with the last knock. I'm disgusted with this Starbucks it's the worst outta any one I've been too in the west period.

I've never left a bad review for a Starbucks, but oh my gosh. I ordered through Doordash, a venti white chocolate mocha with an extra shot. I received a venti cup of milk with one shot. The label that someone made literally says "no ice, no white mocha sauce, single." None of that is what I ordered! I don't know who makes the labels from the Doordash orders there, but they need retraining. Throwing this $8 milk in the trash

Reply to below: it is literally not a Doordash issue, hence me letting you know here. My order is correct on Doordash, and completely wrong on the sticker printed at the location. I just want you to tell whoever makes the stickers from online orders to pay attention and do it right. Who orders a venti milk with one shot? No one.

They’re nice through the drive thru speaker but once you get to do the window where you pick up your order and tell them if you can also have water (because you forgot to tell them through the speaker) they become another person and give you a nasty attitude… over. a. water. It doesn’t even take 3 seconds to “make” 🙄 Rude people shouldn’t even be working anywhere. Imagine you’re going through a rough time and another nasty-attitude person ruins it even further..? Yeah, that’s my day today. That’s probably why they don’t wear their name tags anymore to avoid being called out.
