Went here yesterday around 5 PM or 6 PM. Gentleman with the glasses tall lean Was very helpful and friendly. Had a great time with my family there thank you.

My daughter and I ordered two Matcha lattes with oat milk today 2/17/25 at around 6:30pm. The guy who served us wasnāt really rude but definitely didnāt seem to be happy that he had to make 2 drinks. He had no other customers at the time so he didnāt seem busy. The drinks were made super fast but tasted horrible. There were still dark green chunks left in our drinks so I donāt think he blended/mixed them completely. We have decided that is the last time we will ever order from this specific location inside of Safeway. The 7 leaves cafe across the street makes a really good Matcha latte EVERY time we go there. We only decided to try this Starbucks location because we were already inside of Safeway, but never again.

After ordering and paying for a pumpkin chia latte. I received a regular coffee with Cinnamon on top. When I explained I ordered a pumpkin chia latte ,the employee said yeah, sorry, we're all out of pumpkin chia.
I guess she thought I wouldn't notice?!?
I just don't understand. She could of just said that in the beginning. The worst is going somewhere and getting the bait and switch.

So no drive thru. They didn't gave grande or venti coffee lids... lady was nice about it but was frustrating after only 3 hours sleep and no time to go to another. Another thing, seems it's trending, almost hot coffee... can literally guzzle it.... did they lose a lawsuit?

I come here on a daily, usually how I start my day is with a nice yummy cold brew & vanilla bean frap for my little ones.. October 6th at 1230pm a guy is working, complete attitude tells us itās a 5-10min wait after opening at 1230.. then mumbles under his breath *like u have nothing better to do* Completely upset me.. but I still proceeded to be polite & ordered my drinks.. pretty simple drinks 3 vanilla beans (tells me give me a minute to write 2nd drink) strawberries n cream, dragon acai, ribbon crunch, cold brewā¦ simple right? Heās had an attitude the whole time, my kids are there watching him, my husband walked away because he didnāt want to say anything, he forgot to make my husbands drink and moves to next customer, I remind him of the last drink he just looks pissed at this pointā¦ Why I come to Starbucks is the positive vibes this is where I get my wake me up coffee I spend a lot of money on this brand all I expect is happy nice baristas that actually love their job.. not someone that is gonna make someoneās day bad, people feed off of peopleās energy.. You donāt like your job! Find a different one!
