So no drive thru. They didn't gave grande or venti coffee lids... lady was nice about it but was frustrating after only 3 hours sleep and no time to go to another. Another thing, seems it's trending, almost hot coffee... can literally guzzle it.... did they lose a lawsuit?

I ordered 2 grande caramel macchiato light ice, & asked for whip cream on top, the guy who took my order name was "Johnathan" he said very rudly to me "that they don't come like that, & also said " I have worked here for 2 years & they don't make it like that." My sister was with me she also couldn't believe how rude he was, ?? You need to bring Mary back she was very nice ☕?

Staff was sweet and nice. I was unsure of what I wanted to drink. The customer service was great by startbucks staff around 1030 am thanks
