I've been visiting this location since 2020 and, believe me, I've witnessed it all. I once rated it 5 stars but refrained from writing a review, as I felt it wouldn't reflect the truth because of its inconsistency. And it wasn't quite at its best. However, yesterday inspired me to share my thoughts because this place is the best I've ever seen. The staff is fantastic, and the environment is spotless. They constantly clean the tables and the doors, which I absolutely love, and this is a testament to their hard work. The employees are kind, creating a genuinely enjoyable atmosphere. Now, I'm sitting down before work, which speaks volumes. This new team has transformed the space into something special worth writing about. Well done, and please continue the great work. You are all incredible!

I normally don’t leave reviews but this Starbucks deserves one. I live closer to several other Starbucks but I love coming here to study.
1. It’s big and there are a variety of tables to sit at. I personally prefer to stand half of the time on studying and they have tall tables that allow me to do so.
2. The staff! Always so kind and willing to help you with whatever you need. Of all the locations I’ve been to, their staff is definitely the nicest.
3. This location may not be in the shiniest part of town but I always feel safe here. As a med student I have to study long hours, and I can do that here without many distractions.

I didn’t get names but I came in around 10:45am and the two people working had the best attitude and made me feel so welcomed. You can tell they truly liked what they do! They were very attentive and such a great conversation! It was a boy and a girl and they definitely should be cherished at this company! You don’t find people who are genuine like them in the industry anymore!

I’m very disappointed with this Starbucks location. My daughter and I did a mobile order for one drink. We walked in shortly after I placed the order. It was as busy as could be expected at 7:10am on a work day. As we waited we watched 2 of the girls that were making the drinks talk non stop while standing in the middle of the work area and not making any drinks, while all the customer watched and waited for their drinks. My app said my drink was ready, but it was no where to be seen. It took several minutes to get the girls attention to ask about the drink. She finally figured out it was sitting by the drive By the time we got our drink it was 7:30am, we were both late to school and work.

Jay P was absolutely amazing! Best service I’ve ever had in at Starbucks. The drinks and pastries came out super fast and everyone was extremely nice! The environment was fun and clean. Will definitely make this Starbucks my regular spot! Thanks Jay and team!!

Unsure about hours- dropped by to sit and get some studying done before 7pm (hours stated as until 9:30pm), but doors were already locked with no sign about changed hours. Workers inside, but nobody else- seems this is actually a drive-through only location.
Every time I get a drink there it’s wrong. I try my hardest to NOT go to this location. But but today I decided to walk over cause it is across the street from my house. I have two kids and breast-feeding a two month old. It is the middle of the summer and I recently got surgery on my wrist at 9 AM. I decided to go on a walk to Starbucks since I am unable to drive since my wrist it was hot but we figured we would cool down with a cup of water when we get there. I had $2.50. Once we got there they refuse to let me buy a cup of water, which I’ve done multiple times. I have two kids with me that are panting hot and it is over 100° out. We are now forced to walk back without letting us buy a cup of water. This should be illegal it’s absolutely unbelievable. How rude the barista was. With a company that rips people off for eight dollar coffees it’s unbelievable. You can’t sell a mother a cup of water for her kids. I will do everything I can to make attention and notice to this poorly run, and uncaring, store. Go to the Starbucks across the street in Safeway. They won’t treat you like a dog and they will make the drinks right . 👏

I went this afternoon on August 27th to request to use the restroom and was denied because I did not make a purchase. I'm Special Need Bus driver and we had an accident and we had to wait for over 2 hours for the police to show up. I had 6 Special needs students in the bus and 3 of my female students need it to use the restroom, we went into Starbucks and ask if they could use the restroom and we were told unless we made a purchase we will be allow to use it. I think empaty and kindness is out in this place. I'm very disappointed of their actions. I understand they have regulations. But is always an exception to the rule and in this case could be aplly.

I was just at Starbucks and the girl in the drive-through had such a chip on her shoulder and then they handed me water down coffee. Just plain bad service.
