They don’t even keep there own hours, I wanted to go in and order but they had there doors locked. My toddler needed to use the bathroom but they said drive thru only even thought the store hours said they open for 2 and a half more hours. Horrible experience.

This place finds every excuse in the book to turn off order ahead. The purpose of having order ahead is to make it convenient for the customer. Turning it off is just as bad as closing early! Starbucks is a joke anymore. Thank goodness Dutch bros is up the road. I give this location 1 specific finger rather than 1 star.
The drive-thru is too slow
I used to love this Starbucks but lately every time my coffee is not made correctly. I ask for sweet cream, which I must say they charge a ridiculous amount of 1.25 for, and my coffee tastes like it doesn't even have any creamer in it at all. This location is awful.

I’m used to going to a Starbucks where you were greeted by almost everyone that works there when you walk in. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for four months now and the customer service and the atmosphere is so sad. The only one that ever seems to speak is a young girl name Mia.
My coffee is always in the drive-through not at mobile pick up or someone has taken it.
I went to the Starbucks on 67th Ave. and Peoria for 10 years. They were much more busier, but they spoke to me every morning and I never had issues with my coffee.

I go to the Starbucks a lot and honestly today I was having a horrible day. I went to Starbucks for my Comfort cookie, lol, and a water. I took a moment to look at my water and I started busting out laughing. Literally put a smile on my face. I really appreciate the staff that works there. You guys are amazing.

This place is always closing early. Business hours are until 9:30 pm and they are closing 2 hours early. I waste my time driving here, guy Edward that works night is not friendly and is okay to close early. I am not sure how many people it takes to make a drink but I’m sure 1-2 would be just fine and enough not to close early due to “short staff” corporate will be informed. I am tired of them doing this and thinking it’s okay!

I go to this Starbucks 35th ave Bell Rd. at least once a day during the week.. two times on the weekend for the most part, the baristas are usually nice but recently, they have been different people working there and they are really bringing the store down what got me to write today is My wife placed an order for four drinks well over $20 and when I got there somebody took order. I talked to the staff one of them was understanding of the situation, but the female I dealt with kept questioning whether or not somebody else may have picked the order up I told her numerous times nobody else picked it up, but she kept insisting that I call and ask finally convincing her that I was the only one coming to pick this order up she started to remake the drink, very upset as I was watching doing short fast pumps on the sweetener overfilling the cups with ice, as if the extra product must be coming out of her paycheck after not paying attention to the order placed she made two of my drinks the same which I pointed out one was supposed to be different than the other.. she took one of them pulled the lid off and threw the whole thing in the sink, very aggressively after getting home and tasting them each one of my family members said how they did not taste proper I then told them the story of what happened. That’s usually a pretty busy store and the quality is not always the best. I usually take into consideration how busy they are but today was totally unnecessary..

Was surprised at how long it took to complete orders. It did not seem busy, but it took 15 minutes for 3 drinks. Also, the view of the back of the machines from the counter was very dirty with spilled coffee, syrups, beans and cups. Should keep this area clean considering this is what customers see.
Honestly was kinda disappointed with how I was treated by the guy in the drive thru today. I thought I placed my online order when I was down the street but my phone I guess didn't go through until almost practically there. The guy rudely told me "that's not how it works but they would take it anyways" and I tried to explain I thought I placed the order earlier. I have been a Starbucks customer for years, I know how it works. Then when I got to the window he didn't say anything to me just handed me the drink. Won't be going back to this Starbucks anymore I guess.
