I know that Starbucks is busy but this location really isn’t great for someone who needs non dairy options, every time I go I have to get my drink remade because they’re not using the right ingredients and that’s a bummer because it’s hard to trust after the first time.

Secret menu tried. New flavor of Frappuccino. Tried the new strato brown sugar Frappuccino today. The foam was thick, but it was pretty good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am speechless at these Starbucks workers. I have lived here in Phoenix, Arizona for almost over 20 years of my life, and I have NEVER been turned down for water at all, at STARBUCKS!!! Do I understand that following “certain” rules are crucial. Yes, I do. But for the first time in my life I got turned down water at this location today! Outrageously unspeakable. It’s without words, a big time health hazard for Arizonan’s. 😡😱

I just want to say how disappointed i am with the new policy on water for customers. I have spent an absurd amount of money at Starbucks over the last 5 years & I now am being refused water unless i order a drink with it. It reaches well over 100 degrees here, with almost any and all establishments willing to give out free water. Starbucks has always been great on the days i dont want/need a tea or simply want some good water. What a greedy company :(

The staff at this location has always without a doubt turn even the worst of mornings into positive ones. From the speedy delivery service to the wonderful little messages or stickers left on the cups upon delivery. Every staff member is always smiling and greeting with a positive attitude. I love Starbucks and this just makes me love it even more. Thank you all and keep up the great job!

Many things not available through the app to order but are available in the store when you ask. Assume their inventory is all messed up. Service was very slow, and the app never got updated when the drink became available. Didn't like the trash being dragged through the store, assume there is a rear door they could taken the trash around.
