To start with, they don’t allow you to use your tumbler in whatever drink you order, which makes more waste of plastic. Then, the ladies attending the afternoon shift were not nice or respectful and didn’t get my order right. It is uncommon for me to complain about the service of anything, but maaan, this one really deserved it.

8 am , tons of people there getting coffee and only 1 person working.they make hubdreds of dollars an hour and only hire 1 person.shame on u Starbucks!!!
