The past couple days I have coming here my drinks have been wrong every time somehow. But today I Had it, I ordered a basic White Hot Chocolate and they gave me this drink that tasted like water with the smallest bit of hot chocolate and it was brown? It's usually a milky white and tasted nothing like the White HC that I always get. So I went back, they then gave me a half empty cup with what looked like the hot chocolate but tasted like straight up peppermint, and the amount in the cup was awful, it was so much less in the cup then the first time I went to return it!! Let's not even got in how dirty this place is on the inside and how the workers are constantly stopping what they are doing to talk. This place is horrible and I will definitely never come back.

Waited 45 minutes in line, got to the window, paid and my drinks were sitting there for an extra 10 minutes dont know where the window worker went. Work service I've ever had.

The staff is friendly but the training on how to make a drink is lacking. They at least used correct type of tea in my London fog but there’s no steamed milk (just enough regular milk to change the colour) and no vanilla pumps so it’s very bitter. It’s a shame because it’s such a convenient spot but I’m not coming back. The parking lot is always full of trash

I order 30! Minutes ago and everyone in the drive through are gone and even the ppl that ordered after me and I’m still waiting for my drinks! What’s up Starbucks!! Do better!!! Horrible service!

Rude staff. Dirty bathrooms. I would recommend ordering online, they charge you wrong purposely. They seem to gossip and talk more than they make the drinks right. If you’re going to be rude to customers at least read the ticket and get my order right so I don’t have to look at you stupid.

Please turn OFF the ability to accept mobile orders if your have closed the doors to your lobby and plan on just using the drive thru. People mobile app in advance so we do not have to wait. Now I’m waiting in a drive thru prior to my shift starting because of this. It’s an inconvenience. I mobile app for convenience! 😡

Got a coffee, sat down to work, and realized that not only had they removed all outlets for my laptop but they had also blocked customer access to the wifi. Realizing that I was not welcomed here I tried to return my coffee and leave. The manager told me I could not return my drink. This Starbucks is not a friendly location for working adults. I would go somewhere else.

Been in the drive through line for 20 mins as I write this review. Still haven’t got to the window. Likely 25-30 mins for drive through service. This is exactly why I don’t go to Starbucks. Who has the time?
