I was in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes and when I got my order it was missing creamer and wasn’t stirred when it was clear on the sticker and it was missing one croissant but I was in a rush for work so I didn’t have time to go back and waste more time

I always enjoy seeing Andi on drive thru/behind the counter! I’m a usual guests here. She’s attentive, remembers the little details, and even suggested adding protein to my usual post-gym iced coffee such a thoughtful touch. She’s friendly, professional, and clearly a natural leader. I think she would be perfect for a lead role or promotion.

I’ve been to multiple Starbucks in laveen area.. and why is it that they don’t know how to make a pumpkin spice ? Or get the white mocha correctly? And it’s only the laveen Starbucks.

I come to this Starbucks everyday for morning coffee. The staff is always nice and ask if I need anything further. There is always a guy with so much energy that runs the drive through and he is NICE!

I've been here twice 35th avenue and Southern I do a custom order and I do pay more for it they never do it right I thought maybe someone else doing it next time it would be done right but no everywhere else I do they get it this place just doesn't so disappointing when I'm paying $8.00 for it plus a tip they don't deserve. I'm not going to come back I don't recommend this place they're too busy talking to each other and not getting the job done right.

HORRIBLE, worst starbucks, i’ve come to this starbucks various times and EVERY single time they take up to 30 minutes to give you your drinks, always waiting almost an hour to recieve 2 simple drinks, they have many complaints online and no one cares to bring attention to the fact that their customer service is absolutely trash. y’all need to up your company and get new works or have some sort of meeting with this specific place, it has been like this for years, it should be shut down at this point. -1000/10. place.
