I usually order the same thing either a Chai iced tea or a Matcha Iced (best to add soy milk for sweetness). Sometimes they get the light ice option wrong (I had asked for light ice and they filled the ice up 75% of the cup šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø) but other than that the atmosphere is nice it's pleasant to order a drink and do some productive work or a pleasant conversation with friends or colleagues. Staff is nice and welcoming. Always a good time to be there.

I ordered through Uber Eats at 11:30 AM, and it said the driver was picking up my order and would deliver it at 11:51 AM. Once the driver arrived, he said he couldn't find my order. Then, four different drivers came—no exaggeration—and none of them could find it. I canceled the order, and then I ordered again, and the same thing happened. I think the employees wrote down my name just to avoid preparing my order. I don't recommend this place; it's out of place and unethical. They waste your time. It's 1 PM now, and I still haven't received my order because of them. It's not the drivers' fault; the service is terrible.

IDK what’s up with these low reviews these people just complain. I came here 11/22/25 at 11:00am and I got exceptional service, my drink delicious my food bomb but out of all things my boy JOHNNY DANG the barista is amazing he need a raise.🤩 šŸ˜Ž

Beware while going through the drive thru, I was over charged 16 dollars for a cup of coffee. A man working in the drive thru on Saturday 11/8/25 at around 2 pm took my card to run in through inside , handed me my coffee and card, I thought it was strange he didn’t give me the option to tip him. Later, while looking at my account I realized I was overcharged. The manager told me to contact customer service so I did and they couldn’t do anything because I don’t have the app, so I contacted my bank institution, thankfully they refunded me. This is was just an inconvenience and it’s dishonest.

whoever was running drive thru this morning on 11/02 at 10am was doing an awful job. i was in line with 3 cars ahead of me and it took 20 mins to get through. i let the person on the speaker know i was here for a mobile order and she carelessly confirmed my name and told me to pull forward. when i got to the window she told me actually they don't have it because i must've ordered at the wrong location. my mistake yes but i asked could i possibly just order quickly and pay as my order is simple (brewed coffee) she responded no that i can only order at the speaker. so why did you confirm you had my order then when i initially told you i was here for a mobile order with my name?? if we figured that out i would've had a chance to reorder. very disappointed especially after waiting in line for so long

Literally sat outside waiting for whatever time it was supposed to be open since they weren't open at 4am like the time sheet says for this location. Saw an employee waiting outside for her buddies to show while the line was getting real long with customers and saw others parking in the lot only to see it closed. Wouldn't recommend this as the go to location if employees are waiting for others just because they feel so. Seeing all of this just me disappointed. Not the typle of employees to have if they're late and sitting outside for another while it is supposed to be open at 4am.
