The floor of the bathrooms are really gross and when I told the manager they should hire a plumber after he told me he's sorry but the toilets are constantly leaking, the manager acted like I was the one in the wrong for suggesting a plumber.
So Re: Starbucks Corporate: this location really needs a plumber for the bathrooms because the connection between the toilet and the floor is leaking and it makes the floor really gross and the employees are constantly cleaning it up.
Also an important note; this location is right across the street from a children's hospital so you'd think it would be really important to keep the bathrooms clean.

The last two times I've gotten matcha, it tastes like chalk and it's mixed so poorly that I have to dump out the last 3rd of my drink so that I don't drinks clumps.

I'm very picky about my coffee, and staff here are super nice and amazing barista. I just moved to Phoenix & I always pick up my morning cup of Joe here . Please be patient yall, they are across from the Hospital but they're very friendly !

Literally, the front cashier boy with the man bun, wouldn't honor a promised remake drink as my latte was completely underpoured. He was rude, disingenuous, and not helpful. Worst service and not the first time young people work there with terrible attitudes.

Every time I go to this Starbucks for lunch, the crew messes up my order and overfills the drink. It has on 3 occasions created a mess in my car for which I have to pay to clean. Please, just a little more common sense. This is a case of where more is really not so great.
I asked the young girl at the front window to please move my food from the window because it was opening and closing she got an attitude walked away for about 3 minutes continue to take another order as mine is ready and she just leaves it there I honk my horn because all she needed was some change and she wanted to be funny by making me wait then laughed a gentleman came over just to tell me I can’t blow my horn but it the lady wouldn’t be petty and walk away and finish the orders we wouldn’t be here

I usually go to Starbucks through the drive-thru, as there is one close to my house. It’s my regular stop when running errands or heading to work. I’ve noticed that the afternoon employees are often not as friendly as the morning crew, who are always extremely welcoming and make the experience a breeze.

went through the drive thru with my friend on dec 5th at 5pm. we had placed a mobile order & the guy working drive thru window took so long getting our stuff out (no problem) although there was 1 other person behind us who also had a mobile. i’ve worked at sbux for over 2 years & i’ve NEVER had such a rude interaction with a barista from another store over a water & 2 cake pops he forgot to give us.
when i had first pulled up to the speaker box, i told the guy i have a mobile order, then asked if he could please add 2 venti waters. i’m not sure if the guy on DTO was a different guy than the one on window because he sounded very sweet, while the other one was clearly stressed. as we pull up, i have my app with the receipt just in case they forgot something (which they did). i’m sure the stickers didn’t print out for 2 of the cake pops i ordered. but after a while he finally opened the window & gave us our refreshers, but not anything else.
he then immediately closes the window my friend & i are looking at each other wondering if i had forgotten to place the rest of the order. i look at the receipt & see that i’m missing cake pops & the waters. we wait again thinking he was just going to grab it real quick, but he doesn’t. so then i’m just waiting to see if anyone would notice, when he comes back & asks if we needed anything else because he has no other stickers for us??? i showed him the receipt & reminded him of the venti waters—he was clearly upset. after another wait he brings back the cake pops in the same bag along with 2 tall waters.
usually no big deal, although i did want to refill my cup, so i told him that they were supposed to be venti (i asked at the speaker box too). this dude was so done & finally goes “i’m not sure why he [another guy making drinks] made them tall, i’m not the drink maker, i’m just the guy taking orders” then hands me a frapp (i’m assuming belonged to the car behind me) & slams the window with no opportunity to hand back their drink !!
my friend & i had our jaws to the floor, because never have i ever been treated that way by a fellow barista. we ended up just leaving since we waited so long. i hope this guy takes a break because you can clearly tell he’s tired & forgets the starbucks mission statement.

Manager Ashley helped us out with rude attitude, so mean to us, so arrogant, attitude got worse after every drink we add to to our bill, I tough she was having a bad day or in a hurry cause she was counting money but another white customer showed up n she became the sweeter girl ever, even my son noticed, I aproched to her n ask for manager n talked back to me in spanish I told me she was the manager with an attitude, I asked her in English I want a different person she changed her attitude n told me she can help me out I just ignored her, I do t think anyone deserve this experience due to our race...

Every time I come to this location, it's like pulling teeth with the angry staff members, trying to get my order correct. I've been ordering my same drink for over 3 years at different Starbucks locations throughout AZ. It's a Trenta iced ☕ with NO ice, sugar free vanilla syrup, and half n half on the side. It never fails, this location never fills my cup to the top, they always leave and inch and a half room for cream. I always ask them to kindly fill my cup up with coffee completely. They fight me tooth and nail and insists it's company policy to leave room. I've NEVER have this problem, ever...Only at this location. Tonight broke the camel's back, I'll NEVER go back to this location...Save yourselves the heart ache people, this location sucks. The staff is rude and they never smile, they seem to always be in a rush with no cars in the drive thru. I'm not sure how this stores survives with the lack of talent...

They failed to put any syrup in my drink. Check you drink if you buy here. The amount you charge for a drink so I can get to work and basically drink whatever you felt like tossing me that day? Didgusting.
