I ordered 2 Trenta Black Ice Tea through GrubHub.
I put specific instructions that I wanted NO Ice, NO Water, No Sweetener.
I received my tea’s with ice. I called your Starbucks and complained and the girl on the phone said she took the order but when I put the order thru she can’t see that it said NO ICE! Then she blamed the driver for NOT telling her. But the order is done online and it’s sealed when the driver picks it up!
Your BLACK ICE TEA’S aren’t brewed long enough. They are so light in color you can see thru them and when I add my sweetener it taste like SUGAR WATER. Not anything like BLACK TEA. I add my own sweetener because I use EQUAL which STARBUCKS No longer carries.

The only reason I go here is because the new 7Leaves Cafe doesn't open as early besides that the baristas constantly make mistakes then get upset when they have to fix a drink and give you less than what you pay for. 7Leaves is better quality better priced and give you more for less money This location is quickly becoming the worst in the area literally making me the customer pay more to fix the batista mistake

Very friendly, I like iced Caramel Macchiato, Cherry chai, Pumpkin frappuccino, Pumpkin Chai, and when they had it Egg nog,
ordered off DoorDash , he delivered wrong house went to grab it all spilled told him said wasn’t his problem had another order to do reported him came to Starbucks they did NOT help me that it was an issue with DoorDash couldn’t help me for shit never again going to Starbucks ever

you can never go wrong with Starbucks. I am very pleased that you can now have the choice whether or not you want classic syrup in your drinks as I do not like my drink sweet. although, I will say I did get hooked on the Iced Lavender Matcha drink over the summer and that was loaded with sugar. 🤐

I always have a great interaction at this Starbucks but yesterday was wonderful! The barista who gave me my drink told me my freckles were beautiful works of art and I had been having the worst day and it totally turned around for me. Happy baristas here helped me out and I appreciated it!
Said they were closed at 7:15 when the website says they close at 9:30. My guess is they were being lazy and didn't want to make orders.

When i pulled up to the window the guy there didnt even say Hi or didnt even tell me my total…i show my barcode to use my balance on there ..later when i check he used my 200 stars WITHOUT ME ASKING HIM TOO HE JUST ASSUMED I WANTED TO USE MY STARS FOR WHATEVER REASON …They should hire robots at this point im sure they will do a better job!
