The employees at this establishment are extremely hard working but the manager named Lauren is extremely unprofessional when speaking to customers. If it weren’t for the baristas being extremely kind I wouldn’t recommend this specific Starbucks location.

I already reviewed but I decided to edit I liked to much Starbucks but specifically this is the location that I got hard time every time in my order this time I ordered Iced coffee with heavy cream and my coffee looks they made with almond milk and I asked for a side heavy cream and they gave me regular milk so I am going to try to avoid this location to order or buy.

This is my first time writing a review but honestly Bad customer service they got my drinks wrong I went back inside to tell them something but they were really rude so we decided to just leave it at that the new men working there at night seem to not care at all the fact that they also got the sizes all wrong too we are the ones paying for what we want and aren’t getting what we want smh

Literally slowest Starbucks in area. I order a drip coffee, nothing in it every morning. 7 people working inside. They take my order and instead of filling a simple drip coffee, start to restock napkins, basically anything else besides pour my order which takes 30 seconds. I literally watch them make orders for 7-10 drive through people that were there after myself before my drink coffee gets poured. Why do I have to wait 7-10 minutes for a drip coffee when your store is empty????? Seriously 3 times in a row, I’m not coming to this location again. I have to get to work on time. Rediculous training at this store obviously

This use to be my go-to starbucks. But the last three times I ordered the oatmeal through the Uber Eats app I have not received the nuts or fruit, despite giving specific instructions for them to. I guess the staff doesn't read the notes you leave, and the app doesn't let you select the nuts and fruit independently So are you guys just out?? For a couple months now??

I went into this location at 230 PM on a Sunday, so there was no one inside and 1 car in the drive through. It took the three employees over 10 minutes to take my order. No one would make eye contact with me or ask me if I had been helped. Literally the worst service I have ever had, you should hire at least one adult for every three children that are standing around doing nothing.

This is legitimately the slowest Starbucks in the country. Their customer service is below average. I consistently wait 15 minutes for a black coffee. As I am learning, just find another one on your route. That or just expect to wait

Walked in at 1020am for a bacon egg and cheese. I was told they were done serving breakfast. Seems Strange not to serve breakfast at breakfast. I kindly brought it up and a bigger lady working there was told not to come back. Horrible Customer Service.
Don't worry, I wont come back.
