40min on line (drive thru) 330pm (2/8/2025) for one coffee.

We understand everything, but we paid for service. All costumers, but u guys don't care(corporate, managers, employees). Someone don't care.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with a barista at a Starbucks until today at this location … I drove up at 6:48 AM ordered my drink slowly because I know it’s a long order … just to be told VERY rudely
Can you slow down I just got the 1st part. It’s all in the tone of voice & that tone was so rude ! I will not be back to this location.

This is gotta be best Hood Star bucks ,ML&R to the Staff at this location ,they keep everyone moving !! Top notch service ,plus I am sure they must get all kinds of attitudes at this location!! But I've never had bad service and everyone is always friendly !! My to go drink right now is a Vente Gingerbread iced Chai Latte with coconut milk, so good paired with a Ham and Swiss on Baguette !!! Keep up the great work!!! 🙂👌✨️🙌🏽

I don’t recommend this location. I’ve never had Such a bad experience at any Starbucks I’ve been to until now I will never return to that same location when asking for extra topping on a drink, wouldn’t typically think that would get such push back or receive such Unprofessional behavior typically you would think that when you order a drink and you pay for the drink a special request would just be added And the question that should be asked should be to the cx preference not for pushback !this location definitely needs training as well as retraining on how to make the drink because this was caramel at the bottom of the cup is not only questionable, but doesn’t even make sense. Why on earth would anyone think that that is a normal amount of caramel especially if it’s not requested this completely makes the drink unbreakable the whole experience is beyond disappointing

I spent over 25 minutes in the drive thru line waiting for a single coffee. There was maybe 8 cars in front of me. I have never waited this long at Starbucks, or any fast food restaurant. There’s no way to leave the line once you enter, so you don’t have a choice but to wait. Once I get my coffee, they didn’t give me a sleeve, but I didn’t need one because the coffee was no longer hot. I will be choosing other Starbucks in the future. Please make this better.
