RACIAL PROFILING BELOW: I went to this location on Saturday 12/26/25 appx 750am. My first indication about the level of service I was about to receive should've been having to dip between the manager and someone conversing with her as she stood in the doorway. I sat down and placed my mobile order. There were others in the place who had been there slightly longer than I. About 3-4 minutes after taking my seat, the classless manager called me out from behind the counter asking which order I was waiting for. I have her the name which she looked down on their printer with orders. She found it about 5 orders from the top. Next thing I knew my order was being called, and she looked in my direction,I thought I saw a snarl on her face when I picked up my order
Thank you 6'2 female manager for making someone feel racially profiled. . Sadly I'd been to this location before and service and staff were great. I guess the Grinch paid her a visit on Christmas. If he did, she deserved it. #boycott #rudemanager

It is a severe weather extreme heat watch today here is North Phoenix. This location denied a courtesy water cup without purchase. It very empty, hardly any customers. The gal said Starbuck’s policy is -No water without purchase. Wow! The gas stations are happy to oblige!!

Staff is extremely rude here. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I was pretty upset I should’ve just ordered on the app to avoid seeing such upset employees that seem to hate people and their jobs. I asked the ladies making the drinks if I could bother them for an iced water and they just looked at me and said yeah in a very bothered tone. As I stare at them making my order they were bickering about my order as if they were annoyed making it. Their body language said it all they seemed to hate their jobs. I called and asked for the girls names and I can tell they didn’t want to provide that info to me. The one making my drink said she was the manager. She was a blonde girl considers herself brunette I guess and said I wasn’t supposed to ask for water there. I told her you could have politely asked me to order it with the cashier. There was ONE person in line they were not crazy busy. Next time I’ll just go to a local coffee shop Starbucks just keeps getting worse. Please hire better “managers” and staff. Thanks.

my friend devin and i had an amazing experience here at starbucks the morning of may 31! our barista or broista aadi was fabtastic!!!! he was very kind and had awesome recommendations for us first timers!!!! #givethisguyaraise
This was a quick stop before heading to the airport. The service was friendly but slow. I got a hot matcha green tea latte but there were clumps of matcha and I was not happy with my drink and felt like it was not mixed well.

Gets very crowded inside and out and parking is usually a struggle. Other than that it's just like a Starbucks.
Kindof empty. No tables so there’s big empty spaces inside the store. The ASU one is always so crowded it’s hard to find spots to sit sometimes. I suppose the positive is seating is simple

The night crew is amazing ! They always leave cute little notes and goblins on the cups and the customer service is incredible !! I know one girl is named Emily not sure the others but 10/10 would recommend !!
