I ordered chocolate cookie crumble cream frappe and they gave me a Java chip drink kind of disappointed didn’t put chocolate syrup on top and now I don’t wanna drink it

I have been to this location 2 times both were less than satisfactory. The first time there were coffee grounds in my frapachibo. The second time I had to tell the person in drive through my order 3 times it didn't seem as if she could not hear me it seemed like she was not listening. I got to the window paid then she gave me my coffee and told me to have a nice day however I had also ordered a spinach feta wrap. Then after I brought it up she gave it to me. The wrap turned out fine. The frapachibo was to be a peppermint moka venti frap. With extra pumps of pepperming 6 extra pumps and 3 afagoto shots. It was the worst I have ever had. I don't think they did the extra pumps also I think they forgot the moka in it. I was very unhappy and I don't know if I will try this location again. I always thought that each location was supposed to produce the same products with the same quality. Also the price seems to have been different each time as well as not the same as other locations. I am paying a premium price for what I shant from you and here I have yet to receive anything even remotely close to premium from this location. Again I'm not happy.

I spent 11 bucks for a nice frappacino, plus a 2 dollar tip given at the register before my drink was made which was a mistake, I did not get the 3 extra add shots in my drink but I payed for them. Talk about theft of service, paying extra for something plus giving a tip and then not getting what you order because the highschool looking kid didn't want to do his job. I was ripped off

Horrible customer service is very poor. I had 5 people served that were there after me. When asking If my drink would be ready soon the staff rudley stated they would make my drink. Then had the nerve to laugh like childishly when asking for a refund due to poor service please go to the one on 35th and glendale place is always dirty also. Staff should be replaced.

Order medicine ball. Lady said they were out. So I asked for a Macha Creme Frappuccino. Then I asked for strawberry puree along the rim of the cup. Lady said ok. Got to window and Lady hands me my drinks and I noticed the Macha was mis made since there is no strawberry puree along the rim. Lady goes and ask and they said it's mixed in. I told the lady it was supposed to be around the rim. She argues that I never said that but ok we will re make it for you. Get it back and looks like they poured a bunch of puree on the bottom out of spite. This is a normal drink we get and it never looked like this.

I’m not sure if it’s just because it’s Christmas or what, but I mobile ordered, and not sure why this store did this, but they locked the doors, and were making everyone go through the drive thru which caused a huge jam in the parking lot. If I would have waited in that line it would have taken me 40 mins, so I left without my drink.
No employee or manager would speak to me, or the 10 others who were waiting out front to explain, or say they’d give us our money back. I was waved away. With a hand gestured to go.
Worst hospitality/customer service. They should have either turned off mobile ordering for the day.
I’m just not sure why they were not letting mobile orders walk inside. They created more stress for themselves pushing everything through the drive thru.

Location is awful. Ordered a drink that is listed as new on the menu but told it’s out of season and when I said oh- it’s listed as new on the holiday menu. The drive thru rep snarked that she can’t remove it. lol. Ok but why is the pecan crunch oatmilk latte on the holiday menu?!

I ordered ice coffee and ham and Swiss croissant, and the food was cold they didn't warm enough. The inside of the croissant was very cold, I am a frequent customer, and this is my first time buying in that location, and I won't back.
