This Starbucks is horrible. I was waiting over 5 minutes for the cashier in the drive through to open the window and assist me. I paid and my drink wasn’t even ready. You can tell she was acting dumb all the time I was waiting. Never will I go to this location nor do they even car. They can give a less care about customers. If they don’t like their job why work. Then they wrote things on our cups rude and these are disrespectful people.

This location sucks. The baristas are rude. They make the drinks so bad that you can’t salvage them. It’s not drinkable at all. I’ve gotten bad drinks from them a couple of times now. This time, I decided to go bad and asked them to make new ones only for them to make it worse. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I lined up at 3:30 a.m. and was the 5th person waiting for the Bearista Cold Cup. The staff said each person could only buy one, but the first customer was allowed to take two. Then they said the store only had three cups total. That was really unfair and disappointing after waiting for hours.

This is one of the best Starbucks in West Phoenix everyone's kind they're friendly and they're quick and efficient the one time I had a problem with my drink they corrected it no fuss but they're great here I recommend

Went to the drive thru and I ordered 2 drinks with expresso and there was not any expresso in any of my drinks. They also gave me a brown sugar frapp instead of a salted caramel frappe 🍅🍅😭😭😭😭

I ordered chocolate cookie crumble cream frappe and they gave me a Java chip drink kind of disappointed didn’t put chocolate syrup on top and now I don’t wanna drink it
I have been to this location 2 times both were less than satisfactory. The first time there were coffee grounds in my frapachibo. The second time I had to tell the person in drive through my order 3 times it didn't seem as if she could not hear me it seemed like she was not listening. I got to the window paid then she gave me my coffee and told me to have a nice day however I had also ordered a spinach feta wrap. Then after I brought it up she gave it to me. The wrap turned out fine. The frapachibo was to be a peppermint moka venti frap. With extra pumps of pepperming 6 extra pumps and 3 afagoto shots. It was the worst I have ever had. I don't think they did the extra pumps also I think they forgot the moka in it. I was very unhappy and I don't know if I will try this location again. I always thought that each location was supposed to produce the same products with the same quality. Also the price seems to have been different each time as well as not the same as other locations. I am paying a premium price for what I shant from you and here I have yet to receive anything even remotely close to premium from this location. Again I'm not happy.

I spent 11 bucks for a nice frappacino, plus a 2 dollar tip given at the register before my drink was made which was a mistake, I did not get the 3 extra add shots in my drink but I payed for them. Talk about theft of service, paying extra for something plus giving a tip and then not getting what you order because the highschool looking kid didn't want to do his job. I was ripped off

Horrible customer service is very poor. I had 5 people served that were there after me. When asking If my drink would be ready soon the staff rudley stated they would make my drink. Then had the nerve to laugh like childishly when asking for a refund due to poor service please go to the one on 35th and glendale place is always dirty also. Staff should be replaced.
