This location is horrible for the drive thru and parking is very minimal. The entire set up feels cramped it gives me anxiety. My americano sweetener and flavor never gets mixed in at this location for some reason.

It was 9:24 pm and we head out to get a chick drink before going back home. We pulled out to the drive thru and they said “ it’s closed” we check on the website before heading over to make sure it was open which according to it they were supposed to be open. I repeat to the person on the headset “are you closed, it’s 9:24” wait for 2 minutes for an answer and we decide to leave, but when we were at the light we saw a car on their window so why did they closed so early? Why did they not even tell me in a nice or polite way. Super bad experience and customer service not even responding back or yet announced somewhere

Common NonSense

I mobile ordered and went to pick up through the drive-thru. When I got up to the window they had already almost forgotten to hand me my bag of pastries, if I didn't ask for it. They forgot my triple espresso that was placed in the order and when i called back the first time they said they had handed it to me. I checked my car and pastry bags but they weren't in there. I called back and ask if they had probably left it by the other counter or hidden somewhere since it's a small cup, but instead I was met with "Everybody remembers your order and we remember giving it to you." I already felt rude calling the first time but that really made me feel worst so I just said I'll pick it up another day.

Nice Starbucks location, you can find Food City and Five Below in the same plaza. The service is great and most of the time accurate. If you're a college student, keep in mind this location does NOT have tables or chairs. This location is very small. My favorite part is the two mobile order parking spaces in the front of the store. It helps out especially if there's a long drive thru line.

Recently Starbucks decided to become greedier and start charging $1 more for the drink I normally get which is a venti mango dragon fruit refresher LIGHT water no inclusions. They told me that because I was doing light water there was an additional charge as I was receiving "more" of their product. I told them that I always get this beverage and should I then ask for a discount as I'm not including their fruit and to their logic I'm consuming less of their "product". Regardless when I got my cup it read, no water. I never stated I wanted no water. I went to my reg Starbucks and they clarified that it's for no water drinks not the light water drinks which only annoyed me more. Starbucks get it together please. This place didn't even make my order right since there are no strawberries in my drink. I also stated light water multiple times. I added previous orders to further prove my reg order.

Morning drive-thru...my Venti order wasn't full to cup size, shortchanged me with a Grande size fill. Tap water warm coffee...beware of the drive-thru.
