It’s an airport Starbucks. The atmosphere is “get out.”

The staff by the name Day is very rude. She looked at the receipt on the counter and worked away without calling my name which was clearly written on the receipt. When I called her out on that, she worked away. I notified the supervisor I believe his name is Rivero about days unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I saw her laughing when the supervisor was talking to her. It’s a shame that Starbucks will have such a mannerless person serving the public especially the airport where you see and meet different people. I rarely write reviews but I won’t let this slide, her rudeness is unbearable.

Ridiculously overpriced, my "tall" latte wasn't even filled to the top of the cup. Mostly foam. Coffee tasted burnt. Not a good way to start my early morning at the airport. :(
my matcha was literally like slightly green when they brought it out and it just tasted like milk. i waited like 30 mins too.

I just ordered a coffee and I asked them to add some coffee because it had no flavor, it was just hot milk and not only was they told me no but I could order a second coffee and pay for it, the cashier's treatment was unfriendly

If I could give zero reviews I definitely would. TIFFANY the manager ( I believe she is african ) is super rude to the customers and to her own employees. I had asked for a Venti iced water and she refused to give me it. I had never experienced this at any starbucks before, they usually have no problem giving a venti iced water ( my family has ordered other stuff as well) She immediately started lashing at her employee for giving iced water out. I even told her charge me it as a venti iced coffee if you want I just want a venti iced water and she refused. I don’t know how she still has a job honestly. Save yourself time and just go to the starbucks in front of gate f4 . It’s literally a 15 second walk .

I stood in a slow line to order. Finally ordered, and then suddenly I was waaaay behind in the queue because the people who had placed online orders suddenly showed up. I couldn’t wait long enough to get my coffee because I had to catch a plane. I wouldn’t have placed an order if I knew how long the queue for making orders actually was. There is no way to cancel the order or get a refund. This was a bad experience.

This location was a disappointment.The coffee was okay but not great,the service was definitely lacking and the food was awful.I waited over 10 minutes for a sandwich that tasted and looked like cardboard.
Pretty happy that more airport locations have added mobile order. Placed my order for a frappe when I found out Shake Shack had no shakes today. By the time my burger was done and I walked a few gates, my frappe was there and ready.

The price is not commiserate with the service. You pay a lot, but get rushed, inattentive service. The employees come across as stressed, overworked, and as such are only minimally attentive. I was told there was no cold brew, but saw cold brews being served immediatelyafter I order. I asked for a cup of water, they told me to use the self service station, but it has no chips, even after an employee came over and refilled the water container, cups were never placed out. It's not a place for a fast coffee, and if you're tired from travel you'll be happier going elsewhere.
