The people who work here are incredibly rude and treat customers horribly. Specifically two women who worked here were talking badly about me in front of my face to each other because I asked a sandwich to be warm.

Horrible service I was waiting to be helped and the girl was on her phone not even noticing I was right in front of her they other girl there kept repeating she didn’t wanna be there and gave me a dirty look. The coffee was not done correctly and the sandwich was cold all employees there extremely careless of customers the place was completely empty so I know they weren’t under pressure. I’ve been to many Starbucks with exceptional service this one was horrid

Disappointed and Overcharged for a Mistake They Refused to Fix

My visit started off promising—one of the baristas was very kind and helpful to me and my sister, which I appreciated. But things took a turn when I returned to question my drink.

At 3 a.m. on April 15th, I ordered a tall vanilla oat milk latte. Once I got to my gate and took a sip, I realized it tasted off—like it was just steamed oat milk with no espresso. The color confirmed it: barely a hint of brown once the foam settled. So I walked all the way back to let them know something was wrong and kindly asked if they could fix it.

The girl at the register didn’t know what to do and called over who seemed to be the manager. Without even really checking the drink, she dismissed me with, “Well, you drank some of it,” and refused to remake it. I had only taken a couple of sips trying to figure out what was off. I ended up having to pay for an extra shot of espresso just to make the drink remotely close to what I originally ordered.

So in the end, I spent $15 on a latte they got wrong—and wouldn’t take responsibility for. If they were wearing name tags, I’d be calling them out by name.

Really disappointing customer service.

Wow. The employee at the register was completely rude. She didn't have any interest in answering my questions nor the person in front of me. She also got both mine and the other guests order completely wrong. I know people have bad days but ask for help if you need a break from serving customers when you get to that point.

The employee that was making the coffee kindly remade mine quickly without having me go back to the register which I appreciate.

I got the lavender latte it's actually pretty good. I paid $10.

If you're curious the matcha lavender latte foams up quite a bit so it looks like you get a lot less coffee than you would a normal size.

Will make your drink wrong and then complain when you ask to remake it. Bald guy with glasses and the short girl with black hair was super rude. Might wanna get new workers to get over 2 stars lmao

The staff by the name Day is very rude. She looked at the receipt on the counter and worked away without calling my name which was clearly written on the receipt. When I called her out on that, she worked away. I notified the supervisor I believe his name is Rivero about days unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I saw her laughing when the supervisor was talking to her. It’s a shame that Starbucks will have such a mannerless person serving the public especially the airport where you see and meet different people. I rarely write reviews but I won’t let this slide, her rudeness is unbearable.

Ridiculously overpriced, my "tall" latte wasn't even filled to the top of the cup. Mostly foam. Coffee tasted burnt. Not a good way to start my early morning at the airport. :(

my matcha was literally like slightly green when they brought it out and it just tasted like milk. i waited like 30 mins too.
