This worker girl was being so rude, 2 times I went their and she was being rude. she rushed us well we tired to order “anything else” i was asking my brother and she interrupted “anything else”, we asked for a venti and she gave us a grande bc she was too lazy to make it, then she makes the coffee half way filled. Never going there again she was very rude. and she seemed as if she hated her job, you should always want to feel comfortable going to ur Starbucks near your community but never again.

She made it correct but refused to use sugar free syrup for some reason.I asked for a refund and they looked at me like I was crazy so now I have to get my money back through corporate.Go to the Starbucks across the street! There's an older lady with a "manager" title that has BAD customer service and literally yells at her employees right in front of customers. If I want to customize my starbucks drink I should without telling me no! I AM PAYING FOR THE DRINK! She wasn't having a good day!! Never Again With Her!!!!!!
