If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an online order and not only did they not get the order right, the coffee is extremely watered down. When I let them know the food in the bag was not what I ordered, they took it right back out of the bag to resell. The customer service is also terrible.
Made an online order, and my husband picked up for me. When he brought home I right away knew it was not what I ordered. Very disappointed looking forward to my coffee and for them to give me wrong is very irritating.

Have you ever gone to Starbucks and tasted your drink after you drove away and said, this does not taste like what I ordered? Well, you’re probably right!! I went to the drive-through this morning And it took a while to get a hot coffee ordered. As I’m sitting there watching the window, I see the barista making a coffee. She grabs her silver cup pours whatever is in the plastic gallon in +4 pumps of syrup steam it puts it in a cup and walks to the drive-through window to hand it to me. I ask her what is in the plastic gallon? She says 2% milk. I told her I ordered my coffee with half-and-half. She lies and says no, she used half-and-half. I told her I just sat here watching exactly what she did . She says if you don’t believe me, I can remake it? I said no thank you I don’t want you to spit in my cup!! I drove away. 2% milk is free, half-and-half milk they charge $.80. Beware of this location and their laziness. I will just consider Dutch Bros or scooters in the future and no longer go to Starbucks

Twice this store has refused to make my drink correct although we are charged extras for add-ons and when you ask if you can get it fixed, baristas roll their eyes and have attitudes about it. Not once was i refunded for the drink add ons that I paid for. This is suppose to be my neighborhood Starbucks but im never ordering here again. I'll just go around the corner to the one by frys. Ive never had any problems at that location.

I spend hundreds of dollars on starbucks a year. But after the last 2 experiences with the location on 16th St. and Southern makes me want to stop spending my money with Starbucks. I will never go back again. I asked them to fix a drink that I paid $10 for and I get attitude and rudeness they made me Wait for my drink, had to come inside and then give me an attitude and write a message for me to smile on the cup knowing they are the reasons I was not smiling. Horrible service and it is not the first time the first time I let it go

Long wait, absent staff, terrible drinks.
Always long waits, always have to ask for a stopper on your drinks which should be automatic.
Not as nice and professional compared to the other Starbucks!
This is the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. 19 minutes and then drink was incorrect so had to wait and eventually went inside to get my 1 drink that took almost 20 minutes. They desperately NEED staff or they will lose customers.
No customer service at this location, I went today & there was no line, but we still waited because neither employee wants to take your order. Worst location.

Every time I come in, there's a wait. There's always either one person working or if there's 2 people, one is cleaning and one is making drinks. Even with a long line, this still seems to be the case. Everything else is good, just expect to wait some time.
