Always long waits, always have to ask for a stopper on your drinks which should be automatic. Not as nice and professional compared to the other Starbucks!

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. 19 minutes and then drink was incorrect so had to wait and eventually went inside to get my 1 drink that took almost 20 minutes. They desperately NEED staff or they will lose customers.

Every time I come in, there's a wait. There's always either one person working or if there's 2 people, one is cleaning and one is making drinks. Even with a long line, this still seems to be the case. Everything else is good, just expect to wait some time.
