The costumer service I received was top tier the young man working the drive thru was so pleasant wasn’t expecting a casual conversation every other Starbucks I been to in Phoenix I always felt rushed but this costumer service was the best I received bless yall

I don't know why this Starbucks can never make a drink correct, I have gotten the excuse, they are training, or they are new. But I avoid this place generally it's just unfortunate that it's the closest one to me.

This place was as dead as a doornail, except for staff when I walked in. The music was blaring 'wokeness' and the 'Americano' coffee was highly overpriced. The prompt for a tip a bit to much- "In your face!" Considering they didn't even want CUSTOMERS to use the restroom! ( Exactly HOW is Starbucks preventing HEPATITIS?) Moreover- I'm sure stock investors are also sad to see there were no profits this Xmas, for MULTIPLE REASONS..... Employees were quick to make the coffee though, I have to admit...

I ordered and stood to the side to wait for my drink.10 min later I see the only person behind the counter standing there just texting on his phone. I went over and asked for a refund. He asked if I had ordered. I said yes, the girl didn't give me a receipt but I had a Vento vanilla beam, he asked how I wanted it. I said " I want it as a refund " he went to the register and said " oh, you ordered 10 min.ago" I can make it. I said make the register refund my card since I stood here for 10 min without my order even being put in. I will drive to another location or go into Frys for my Starbucks

This morning I ordered a coffee and a sandwich and I didn't realize that I didn't have my wallet with me, I tried to pay with the phone but I didn't have my cards registered and a very kind young woman gave me the coffee and the sandwich, I left very embarrassed and grateful Later I came back to pay for the coffee and sandwich but they were very kind to me and I will never forget their gesture of kindness.

Stop letting homeless in. It is not safe for the staff. It interrupts the vibe. It makes Starbucks really trashy to have homeless sitting around
